Precision Touch Painting

Jeff and his partner were on time and did an excellent job. They did extra painting that I did not plan on when I hired them. They were neat and left no mess when they left. They were great to work with and we will hire them again next year to do outside and some more inside painting. I am very glad the we picked them to paint for us. I only wish that I had a before picture to show you. It was not a easy paint job. The rooms look 100% better.

Jeff came and inspected the job site and provided an estimate. I accepted the estimate and we scheduled the work. Jeff and Curtis were very prompt and everything went according to plan. They were very cordial and professional. They exceeded my expectation in doing more than what we had discussed, because they thought it needed to be done. i.e. painting an extra door so it would more closely match a door that was in the estimate to be painted.

Jeff came out and looked at some issues with our home. Our home is only 5 years old, so there isn't a lot of problems. I showed him the worst area, which is on the back side of the house. He took photos and notes, and quoted me $350 for the job and said that he would cover the cost of paint. I ended up having to provide my own paint. He came back another day to start the work. I had to leave while he was working, and when I got back I saw that he had left and the job wasn't finished. I called him and asked about the work not being done, and he told me I had only paid for one day of work. I informed him that we had never discussed a one day job, just a completed job. He said "that's a lesson learned for both of us" and never offered to come back and finish the work. About a week after this I noticed that all of the caulking work he had completed had opened back up, so I called again and he said it was due to the sun, and that he would contact me later in the week to set up a time for him to come back out. I have yet to hear back from him. I have since found that Jeff is not listed on the BBB.
