Prompt, gave several options, cost effective repair

I have geothermal unit. They're pretty responsive. They get the job done. I guess the cost is reasonable.

I have a maintenance plan and they come out twice a year and they do all of my properties. It was a couple of thousand or so. They do a lot of properties; some are just a simple service clean, others may need some work. I don't recall the exact amount; it's a couple of hundred dollars per piece, yeah something like that. Their price is excellent. They're the best, that's why I can use them. That's the only people I use period. In the spring time, they go through and check all the air conditioners take meter readings and everything and in the fall they go through and check all of the furnaces and they do that every year. Year after year after year. I add another property and they do more. They're just good that's why I use them if they weren't I wouldn't use them.

Love these folks -- enough to pay the travel charge for them to come to Greenwood. The service, from the first phone call throughout, is prompt, professional and courteous. He explains the pertinent details clearly and concisely. After a bad experience with an Indianapolis company to which I had been loyal for many years, Precision has restored my confidence.

They done all my properties, they are the best. They come out May June to do all the A/c work and then they come out October to November to do all the heat work on my properties. They are really good.

Bill was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explained things very well. I bought the diagnosis visit thru angle's list for $23 which was a great deal. Changing the capacitor and adding freon cost $198. Our air conditioner is working great now, much appreciated on this hot June day. Thanks!

Fantastic! We were scheduled for later in the week but we actually had an issue with our AC unit over the weekend. I emailed the company and they were able to move up the appointment to Monday. It's been extremely hot so this was a blessing. The technician helped explain the possible causes of the issue and also provided all the services included in the deal we purchased. He didn't charge anything extra for the service call and the AC is working great now. It's an old unit that will need to be replaced but he helped us out in the short term which is all that matters! I will certainly have them give an estimate on a new furnace install when we decide to do that. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with this company and their people. The technician they sent, Mark, is best the I have seen. A consummate professional, he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a very thorough explanation of exactly what had happened and the steps needed to return the unit to proper functioning, approximate cost and time frame. The work was done just as explained and now the system is back up and running smoothly. I have worked with 3 other HVAC companies in the past and none of their technicians was even close the quality of Mark.

Ryan came out and replaced filters, checked system, adjusted a few things. He is an awesome knowledgable technician who used to work on our system through a previous vendor, who we had to fire after Ryan left them, because their service deteriorated badly. We are so happy to have Ryan back!! That said, a few words about Precision Comfort: They knocked my socks off when I purchased a special offer through Angies List on Saturday and they called Monday AM at 8:30 to schedule the service. Talk about prompt! Their coupon price was very reasonable, and we will very likely sign up for their annual contract service, but one caveat we are not happy with is their $30 surcharge policy for travel for service to Avon IN, especially since they have a technician who lives in our area.

I have used three Precision Comfort technicians now and have been pleased with all 3 of them. My last visit with Bill was what pushed me over the edge to write a positive review. Bill was extremely knowledgeable about my particular Geothermal unit and did a great job quickly diagnosing the issue as well as clearly explaining what was causing it. Often times with other companies/techs you immediately get the feeling they cannot be trusted and simply want more of your money. Bill was just the opposite. He put me at ease as the homeowner and actually made me want to spend more money with him since he was trustworthy and honest. I have gotten that vibe with just about every technician at Precision Comfort. Bill went out of his way to make sure my experience was great, much appreciated!

We've worked with Precision in the past. They installed our geothermal furnace about 12 years ago and we have regular maintenance done twice a year. We love geothermal, it's just great and economical! Due to a power problem, our furnace burned out so we got a new system. The new one is updated and even better than the old one as it's very quiet and heats and cools the whole house. We were out of town when they installed it but we have full confidence in them and their technicians so we gave them a key. They came in and took out the old and installed the new, so when we came home it was all working and the house was just fine. I would highly recommend them! All the technicians we've had have been highly professional. Anyone that buys a geothermal furnace, though they're more expensive, they're much more economical in the long run. It heats your hot water, does both air conditioning and heat, and everything is combined into one system.

Prompt--early in fact. No complaints.

We have used precision comfort for servicing our geothermal unit for many years. We have a contract with them for routine maintenance and they call us to schedule time for servicing at required intervals. Anytime there are issues with the either the cooling or heating (and it is usually a heating issue when it's very cold out or immediately before a holiday) they are prompt to respond to our needs. We have had a couple of different technicians come to the house and each one has been professional, on-time, and willing to stay until the issue is identified and fixed. Most recently we learned about the benefits of having an intellistart add-on to attenuate the energy usage during start up of the unit, which should be better for our generator. The technician was knowledgable about the product and scheduled another time for the install. Everything went well with the install.

To show you how accurate their diagnosis was, the A/C continued working just fine for the next two years. It's finally showing signs that it's ready to die now, though, at the tail end of summer. I'll be calling PCS before next summer to get it examined, fixed if possible, replaced if not. They'll be my first call, and I don't intend to call anyone *but* PCS.

Awful! The GM has yet to call! My husband left a message last week!

I purchased their $29.99 offer for them to come out to my house and take a look at my AC unit which just stopped working a few days earlier. It's an older model, so I was worried I'd have to purchase a brand new unit which is very expensive. After I purchased the offer, they were able to come out same day which was amazing, as next week the weather is suppose to get hot again. (The office lady I spoke with was SO nice, such a great experience from beginning to end) Bill, the gentleman who came out, was very informative and inspected out AC unit. He let us know the motor was the only part that needed to be upgraded (we hadn't upgraded the unit for over 20 years so I'm sure it was much needed). Bill went out of his way to also explain what he was doing, and if the AC unit were to stop working in the future what we need to do to inspect it. They gave us a great price on the motor and let us know that it's under warranty. They could very easily had said we needed a new $6,000 AC unit and made a lot more money off of us, but they were very honest and very prompt. I'll be using them in the future if needed! Thank you!

These folks are great to work with. I had a lot of questions about their design specs. All have been answered honestly and professionally. The net result is a custom system that should last a long time and perform at a high level and the lowest cost of operation. I love the energy savings and comfort that we are enjoying. I wouldn't think of calling anyone other than Comfort Precision. They have supported us during our two year building process. I intend on supporting their business in the future. A+ for service and the equipment that they install.
