Now regarding the "Routine service" we performed, let's discuss that a bit. Routine could mean (as defined by others), "regular, unvarying, habitual, unimaginative, or rote procedure." But for Precision Comfort Systems that is not our mode of operation. Every service we perform is unique and custom so we can let you know you are safe, efficient and sound for the upcoming season. But of course, that was not what you meant when you said routine. You meant (as defined by others), "chores, or duties as must be done regularly or at specified intervals." Thank you! that is the right message. Our Preventive Maintenance Agreement is exactly that... a needed check-up since we need to keep a close watch on all those moving parts in your comfort system. Thanks again for your review and thank you for being a good sport while I have fun with your word choice.

Thanks for the A grade! Precision Comfort Systems service department is always there to help you avoid the unwelcome surprise of no heating of no cooling for your home. Of course a properly maintained system could still need service. But in our experience, many of the calls we receive as a "rush call" for No Heat or No Cool involve systems that could have predictably been identified as a future failure. Thanks again for the great review and we will see you in the fall.
