This was the best experience. Very knowledgeable employees, quick work and great clean up. I have used this company exclusively, they are the best.

After we selected the unit, Jerry Ehemann was able to get the new unit within a week. Since this was the coldest part of the winter, speed was appreciated. Jerry followed through on each portion of the job. The install crew, the humidifier person, the ductwork person, and the plumber were all very pleasant, efficient, and professional. The project went as planned except there was a one day delay on the humidifier. Also, there was a small leak that was found after install but Jerry sent a plumber to fix it the next day. Precision has had my maintenance contract for a number of years. All the people on site or in the office seem to go out of their way to help. I have never had a bad experience. I cannot say enough about Jerry. He stayed with this job as if this was a project being done for his family. I highly recommend Precision to anyone that needs a great furnace. Hopefully, you'll also get Jerry to support your install.

I have a contract with them. The cost above is for the whole year. They call a half an hour before they come. They are on time. They do a full maintenance. I'm very happy that they keep my older furnace going.

The company did a great job. It was a very hard install and it was very hot in the attic space where the main unit was installed. I was originally looking for a cheaper brand, but now I am glad that they highly encouraged the Carrier unit. Jerry did a good job on the quote and communication. Always seemed like he was in a rush and had a hard time keeping up with the workload. Good for the company I guess bad for the customer. I really only had one issue. The return duct was mounted in a bad location which made the upstairs cooling uneven at best. Had to talk with the owner to finally get them to fix it at no cost, but in the end the system works great, even temps throughout, couldn't be happier.

Robert arrived before scheduled (called first), was clean, pleasant, efficient, friendly and competent. Also needed to return on Saturday morning as an "emergency" call (our personal installation error) and once again did a fine job. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and the price we received from Precision and will definitely use them again... in fact, we have them scheduled to do some AC work in a month or so.

They did a fabulous job. Not everyone does this job well, but this company did. They were knowledgeable of their work. The fact that they knew how to hook up the water furnace to the existing loop was important.

We haven't had any big issues so it seems they installed it properly and they always take care of any small issues within a timely manner.

His estimate was higher priced than others so we decided on a different vendor.

I think their techs are very knowledge and they come out right away. They do a knowledgeable job.

This was an after hours call - after 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Tech was very prompt and responsive in returning call and arrived when he said he would, 10:00 pm. Tech was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I thought the price for the R22 was high, $183. Due to the after hours call, the tech did not spend any time looking for a leak in the A-coil. This may require another service call to diagnose the leak. But it was our decision to have this service conducted after hours rather than wait until normal service hours during the weekday.

I thought the price was a bit high and the same problem is still occurring, because it was too hot to enter the attic. They showed up on time and were very responsive. Overall, it was a good experience. The technician and I discussed installing a fan, which he doesn't do, but that is the direction I will go next.

THE MAN WAS VERY PRECISE. I AM RETIRED AND ON A FIXED INCOME BUT APPRECIATE GOOD WORK WITH UNDERSTANDING. EXTRA EXPENSES ARE NOT ALWAYS WAS FOR ME BEING ON A BUDGET.

Robert was on time and went right to work for the problem. Checked the breaker system and wiring and thought he solved the problem, but the next day no heat. I called them and they were out that evening, which I was surprised that it was that soon and he found the solution, which now we have heat.

WE USED PRECISION BECAUSE A TECHNICIAN WE USED TO USE AT ANOTHER COMPANY CHANGED TO PRECISION. WE ALWAYS LIKED HIS WORK. HE DID NOT LET US KNOW HE HAD CHANGED COMPANIES, BUT I WAS ABLE TO FIND OUT WHERE HE WENT SO THAT'S WHY WE CALLED AND USED PRECISION. VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK.

WE PURCHASED A SERVICE CONTRACT AND THAT IS WHAT THE $600 IS FOR.

WE JUST MOVED TO THIS HOUSE. MIKE SHOWED ME HOW EACH UNIT OPENED AND EXPLAINED HOW THINGS WORK. HE ALSO SHOWED ME HOW TO REMOVE, WASH, AND REINSTALL THE ELECTRONIC AIR CLEANER FILTERS SO I CAN DO IT MYSELF. MIKE ALSO FIXED A NOISY AIR DUCT AND DEVISED A SCREEN TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR ME TO CLEAN LINT AND LEAVES FROM AN OUTSIDE UNIT.

HARRY CAME THE DAY I CALLED AND WORKED PAST 5 PM ON FRIDAY TO GET THE JOB DONE BEFORE THE HOT WEEKEND!

PRECISION COMFORT WAS VERY COMPETITIVE IN THEIR PRICING. WE SPOKE TO THREE DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND THEY SEEMED TO BE THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT, WHILE ALSO HAVING THE LOWEST PRICING. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE IN ONE DAY AND THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA WHEN FINISHED. WE DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED WHEN THEY CAME TO GIVE US A QUOTE ON THE SYSTEM. AFTER WE DECIDED TO USE THEIR COMPANY, THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL IT ON THEY DAY THAT WE WANTED.

WE HAD SEVERAL QUOTES ON THE SAME TRANE SYSTEM AND PRECISION WAS BY FAR THE BEST. DID A GREAT JOB. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. NO PRESSURE SALES. A+ FOR PRICE AND SERVICE.
