He investigated our concerns and figured out what was wrong. He did a great job and he was very nice. He came back again and called to make sure everything was working. I would highly recommend him. His service was extremely professional. He was courteous.

Overall they did what I expected, however $290 for an ignitor seems pricey.

Had to leave a message to make an appointment. Call was returned about two hours later and appointment was made. Was a couple of hours late to the appointment so we had to reschedule. Rescheduled and they were on time to the second appointment. Service man was extremely nice and I believe the work was very good.

Called them in the morning and was told someone would be out the same day. Service technician arrived after 9:30 pm - very polite, knowledgeable - and diagnosed and fixed the problems within 30 minutes. This was during a heat stretch where they had been working 14-16 hours per day. We received top priority on a warranty repair - very rare these days!

Precision Comfort Systems installed a geothermal system and they have done checkups since then.

We were satisfied with the work. They seemed professional and performed the work in a timely manor. They were also friendly and willing to work with us on the price in an honest way.

We paid a total of $18,000 for that work. I think that the price they charged me was fairly standard. The owner and the guys that worked for him really knew geothermal system inside and out. They did a very nice job with our house, getting the insulation done. The only thing was that they forgot to get a permit for the installation, until we were part way into it. They rapidly corrected that once it was discovered. There is a portion of the system where there were tubes buried in the ground where the heat exchange takes place. When the guys filled the trench back in with the dirt that they had dug out, they could have used a vacuo to trap the dirt in the trench. It would have been very helpful if they had it put back compact. They were very conscientious about keeping the nets for the digging on our side of the property line because it was very close to our neighbor?s yard.

Our air wasn't working, so Martin came out on an emergency call at about 10pm. He found that our 1982 central AC unit had a leak and filled it with approximately 3 pounds of coolant, stating that it's almost impossible to tell where the leak was coming from, so it's hard to say how long it will last. He advised us to start saving up for a new unit, which we expected anyway, but said it could be a while before we need one provided the leak doesn't continue too quickly. He was extremely thorough and did a great job explaining everything, taking his time to make sure everything was right even at such a late hour. He spent about an hour and a half with us, and in the end we decided to sign a service agreement with the company given the age of our unit and likelihood that it will need service again. We were able to use a $55 off coupon as well.

I would definitely recommend them. They were very nice and got it done on time. They came the same day we called. I thought the price was fair.

Tech was professional, prompt and very friendly. He explained everything in detail to me before he replaced the part. I appreciated his approach to making sure I was comfortable with what he was fixing before he did it.

They were polite, but they tried to steer me into another direction (heat pump or gas furnace). I'm not sure why they didn't want to consider the geothermal unit, but I found a company that was willing to do it and I am very pleased with those results.

I had a pleasant experience from my initial phone call to schedule the service to the time that the technician finished the work. We arrived home at night from vacation to a furnace that was not working. We were scheduled for service the next afternoon. The office called and confirmed the approximate time the technician would arrive. He was prompt, efficient, and extremely professional. We felt extremely confident in his diagnosis. He took time to answer general questions and demonstrate what different items needed attention. I would definitely use Precision Comfort again!

Our overall experience was great. We had 4 different companies bid to replace our furnace and heat pump and we almost went with another company because we forgot Precision was even coming to do an estimate. The furnace we WERE going to get was a 13 seer without variable speed blower and it would've cost us a couple hundred dollars more. Precision quoted $4950 (not including tax) for a 14 seer Carrier 30,000 BTU unit WITH a variable speed blower. We got a much better system and for less money! The guys that did the work were great and cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint was that we weren't living in the home at the time as we'd just purchased it and were renovating but Frederick (who did the estimate) didn't really call to schedule a time with us so we could unlock the house for the installers. He just called at 8:30 in the morning while my husband and I were still sleeping (which ended up waking up my 9 month old who I'd just put back to sleep after his early morning feeding) to find out why the house wasn't unlocked for the installers and my husband had to hurry and drive a half an hour over to the house from our apartment to unlock it for them. So we weren't super thrilled about THAT but if you're living in the house you're having work done it that probably wont be an issue for you. However, we ARE thrilled with our new furnace and especially the price. I'd much rather get a good product for less money than be wined and dined when it comes to this kind of thing anyway so I highly recommend them.

We initially hired them to install our air conditioning unit. I felt their rates were competitive and their employees were knowledgeable. They fixed the ac system in our house. They did a fabulous job. The guy came out and filled out our air conditioning unit so that we could get through the night. It was really highest at night. He was very considerate.

Arrived on time, did great work, kept home (including carpets) clean, finished on time and did a good walk-thru after the installation. Very good price and service. This is the second time we have contracted with them. Highest reccommendation.

They are excellent. They were so neat in the installation. They were able to point out and fix all kinds of construction problems. Jerry, the salesman went above and beyond to make the installation go smoothly and they way that we wanted. They made sure that all the problems were fixed after the project was done. They installed the system itself and another company installed the pipe in the ground.

They showed up on time, were quick in doing the work, and I have had no problems since then.

I expressed opinions about the estimate and the cost and it didn't seem to bother him. I am a 100% disabled veteran that they took advantage of.

They were familiar with the technology. These guys were very knowledgeable and knew how to put it in the existing loop. It's as expensive as a high-energy gas furnace years ago.

Tech spent a lot of time guessing and told me he didn't know what was wrong. I told him my father looked at it earlier and suggested it might be a sequencer. Tech said he would order a part in case it was--still not sure if that was the problem. He said he would return in 1 week to install the part. I never heard from him or the company. I called them one month later and the lady in the office told me they forgot to order the part and would do it then. When the tech returned with the part, & installed it, I paid him from the invoice he gave me. On May 29, I received a past due notice to which I replied that I had paid the tech. I wrote a letter to the company but they didn't reply. Then I received a final notice with note about sending me to collections if I didn't pay. I talked to them today and sent a check to clear my name. But the fee was for "diagnostic" which I feel they didn't do. My dad diagnosed the problem, they didn't; they kept me waiting for a month on the part after forgetting to order it.

The job outside job went great. The directional boring worked perfect very little mess and was installed without any problems. The inside job started on time and went very well. Chris and Chuck did an outstanding job. You should see the work - Very nicely done. The job took almost a full week and they missed NOTHING. Neat and clean, from start to finish. One of the best jobs I have seen in a long time. We should do tours for the company! The system works great. No problems to report and very good follow up from Jerry. He followed the project from start to finish a team that is had to beat. Overall great price, product, service and follow up.
