+ -1 moreFLOORS MUST BE TORN UP AND REPLACED. THERE ARE 1/4" GAPS BETWEEN THE BOARDS. THEY ARE DAMAGED AND NOT ADHERED TO THE SUBFLOOR. THE BOARDS MOVE WHEN YOU WALK ON THEM.
