Co-owner Morgan Markham did a beautiful job making the arrangement for the Realtor and two of our family members that attended instead of us, at the place we are buying. Her father in law, Kevin Markham, the inspector, was very professional and friendly in doing the inspection. They sent the report out to us in less than 24 hours. Great Job.

Quick to respond. Flexible times available. Kind, courteous. They do call/email a lot until I set up an appointment. I understand wanting your business but I was busy and couldn t get time to call back and felt a bit hounded from them and and home advisor until I could call back.

Kevin Markham came out to perform the home inspection. He was very personable, friendly, professional, and informative. The inspection was very thorough and I appreciated the advice, particularly as a first time buyer. I had received multiple quotes from other inspection providers and Markham had one of the best rates for the inspection as well.

They were very professional and kind and prompt in their responses. You felt like your were working with a friend and not treated as another job . I had my home inspection scheduled right away and received the report less than 24 hours after the inspection. Payment and viewing the report was easy and quick.
