Terrible. Poor communication. Don’t do it. Save yourself the headache.

This company planted my trees in my yard about three years ago. I called them five months after they were planted because one tree basically looked like a stick with a couple leaves on it. They came out and said the tree was fine but last year It still looks like a stick with a couple leaves on it and this year it’s just a stick no leaves, so when I reached out to them, they basically said I’m out of luck because the one year is over. They really should’ve taken care of this tree at my first request. I would stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.

They showed up on time and dis great work for a good price. I would definitely use them again.

Corey met with us and provided several suggestions/materials for upgrading our poor, sloped, cow pasture (read: unusable) backyard. After working with us through several iterations (read: we changed our minds), Corey procured materials for our new backyard. After the weather broke in the spring, Corey and crews worked tirelessly to professionally transform our backyard. To take advantage of the weather when it wasn't raining, Corey's crew worked Saturdays to complete job. Corey was very hands on, stopping by the job frequently and ensuring our satisfaction. What we were feeling about the project really mattered to him, which is increasingly hard to find today. He was quick to return our calls and texts and we felt he truly wanted us to be pleased with this significant property investment. Corey/crew even went beyond the scope (read: for free) and helped install a safety fence and provided sod to us where we had anticipated having seeded grass. We chose the right man and team for the job and we will undoubtedly recommend him to neighbors and friends.

We lived three hours away and were building a new house due to a job transfer. This is the company the builder used as a subcontractor. The landscape package from the builder was impressive. I asked ahead of time if I could meet with the landscaper to discuss what plants were going in our yard and talk about how they would be arranged. He said yes. When I e-mailed him several dates we would be in town, he never responded. He did call me later with a list of what plants were going in, but didn't have time to discuss placement and told us it was just a busy summer due to spring rains. When we moved in there were several plants that needed to be relocated because they just didn't work where they had been placed. This is what I was trying to avoid. The builder contacted the landscaper and he sent a crew to do the work; I was able to tell them where to move the plants at that time. The builder added some evergreen trees to our landscape package, and the landscaper's crew did come to ask where we wanted them. They came back again later to replace a tree in the front that had died (from their original planting). This all occurred within the first three months of us living in the house. Initially I was extremely frustrated with them and very disappointed in their customer service, but as the crews came back to fix things my frustration lessened. I don't know if I would use them again, but would certainly get an estimate from them on any work I was planning.

Our builder used Landscape Designs to put in our irrigation. When we went to install our pool this year, we went back to Landscape Designs to help with irrigiation, preparing the yard for the pool installation and then afterwards getting the system working. It takes several messages to get even get Corey at Landscape Designs to call me back to discuss what I needed his help with in our yard. When Landscape Designs came out, rather than listening to me or asking for plan, he told his crew to start digging. This resulted as several holes in my backyard. He moved the control box wires and marked pipes noting what was the mainline. His marking was putting an elbow piece on one and wrapping wires around. After all of the other yard work was completed, when Landscaped Designs was asked to come back out and put in the control box and turn back on the system, he couldn't tell what line was what. "This is a mess." Not having much of an idea about how to fix it, he walked off the job and said that I could figure it on my own. Bottom line - They are very unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid all costs.

We recently built a new home and had an irrigation system put in by Landscape Designs. Corey and his staff have been very helpful in answering questions and have gone out of their way to make sure our system is running smoothly and to our satisfaction. Phone calls and questions have been answered promptly and all of the workers have been very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend their services to others!

Cory is the owner of Landscape Designs of Indianapolis. He has done many landscaping projects for us over the past 3 years, including a 5-step lawn fertilization program; installation of dyed, hardwood mulch; aeration; de-thatching; and tree installation. We spoke with 6 different landscapers and Cory not only was the most reasonably priced, but also had the most creative and cost-effective ideas for what we wanted to accomplish, which was screening our neighbors' yards from our yard. He arrived on time and completed on time. His workers were hard-working and polite. They installed beutiful trees all mounded up on artistically designed beds, spread over 22-yards of dyed, hardwood mulch and edged. They also installed a beautiful ornamental tree in our front yard. We have a wooded tree line at the back of our yard and they cleaned that up removing brush and weeds and then laying down mulch. Cory has come back to check on the trees due to the harsh summer and given us suggestions on how to keep them looking their best. We have received rave reviews on how beautiful our yard looks from all of our neighbors and when we entertain friends. Cory has also installed a paver patio for us with a beautiful paver fireplace a couple of years ago and it looks amazing!!! We get compliments on it all of the time. I can't recommend Cory highly enough. He is fair and honest and has excellent landscaping ideas.
