+ -1 moreIt went great! On the second work day it started raining, so he left and said he would come back on Sunday (the next day). The rain stopped and he actually came back and finished that same day!!!
Description of Work: We have a 3000 sq foot ranch and the back of it has a deck the whole length of it. Over the years, the cedar posts have deteriorated and the deck was pretty wavy and sunk 8 inches at the end. I had many contractors meet with me and tell me how to fix it, Frankie was the first one that suggested replacing the posts! (which is what I thought should be done). He replaced the posts with treated wood and wrapped them with cedar and they look better than the original cedar posts and my deck is level. I thought he did a great job! He also helped us by putting up a wooden swing set from the store. They would charge around 5-600 and Frankie charged 350. Again, did a great job. We are going to hire him in the colder months to ceramic tile our bathrooms in the house.
