The work went great. The technicians did an excellent job fixing our front porch. Their attention to detail resulted in a perfectly level concrete slab. We also appreciated the owner of the company's personal inspection of our porch and his thorough explanation of the entire process.

I had a flood in my basement. The man on site was named Jay, he was great. There was a leak and they came back to fix it; no questions asked. The crew that he brought in were courteous and professional. They cleaned up their mess. They came when they said they were going to come. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I would definitely call them again if I needed more work done.

I contacted Jaco via their website's "Contact Us" section b/c I was happy to see their business was near my home. I received a prompt reply telling me they'd come out over that following weekend but gave no specific time. I waited around all weekend. They never came. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I tried to email them again to follow up. They never replied. I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps the spring's heavy rains made other customers' issues more of a priority than mine, but the lack of communication and disrespect for my time warrants an 'F' in my standards. Don't say you'll come then be a no-show and too lazy to call to say you're really too busy. Such a shame b/c I had several other projects that I hoped they could do.

Went well but previously gave a review of only a B because masonry work was not completed. As a result of that report, they contacted us and fixed the problem. We would recommend them. Very good workers.

Jay did an excellent job on the installation, we have a sealed pit in the basement with a radon extraction system, and Jay was able to install the new sump pump and the battery backup using the existing cover. Nice, clean installation, and Jay also managed to solve the noise problems we were having with the old sump pump (pretty sure the check valve on the old pump was either not working, or it was causing a vacuum in the exit line which made for some VERY noisy gurgling whenever the sump would do an extraction run). The installation was done very quickly, and Jay and his assistant actually arrived early for the job. Very prompt and considerate, and the post-install cleanup was excellent -- very respectful and professional. Very satisfied with the work performed, would not hesitate to contact JACO in the future for any other basement or waterproofing needs.

We worked with Jay Shipley from JACO on our waterproofing/concrete removal/egress window installation project, and we are extremely happy with this decision. From day one Jay was extremely sincere, responsive, and a huge help to us as we determined how to best address the major water issue we had in our basement every time it rained. From a price standpoint, JACO was very competitive. I priced out the project (or parts of the project) with other Angie's List A-level providers, and JACO's price was thousands of dollars cheaper. Also, due to the fact that they do concrete work in addition to waterproofing, they were able to take care of all of the concrete removal and ground leveling needs we had while completing the waterproofing project. Additionally, the ROCKWELL egress window alone was $2700 cheaper from JACO than it was from the other provider we contacted for a quote. Jay Shipley is a major asset to JACO, and I would trust him with any project we needed done in the future. His exterior waterproofing job was so effective that our sump pump has not even turned on since they completed their work, and we have had plenty of rain since April this year. There were a few final touch-up things that took a bit of time to be completed, but Jay was always true to his word and took care of the touch-ups in between his other ongoing projects. Overall, we are very happy with JACO and the work they performed for us.

Everything has been fine. They got back to me right away. He came out the day after I sent the request for quote form.

They were fantastic! They could not have done a better job. They were super nice, on time and the price was great!

THEY WERE NOT PUSHY OR TRYING TO SELL ANYTHING, JUST TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY FOLLOWED UP WHEN NEEDED.
