Sam was excellent! For first time homebuyers, the inspection can be scary. Sam walked us through every inch of the house, explaining every detail to us as we went. Any issues that could arise in time, issues that should be addressed and issues we could handle on our own were all part of the house tour. This was very helpful in taking our next steps in the buying process. We highly recommend him for any home inspection!

Sam was very easy to work with. My situation was a little different because I'm out of state and could not attend the inspection. Sam provided me with a thorough report with many pictures to show me everything about the property. He has an easy going and approachable personality which makes the process less stressful.
