It went not at all. The owner refused to call back. His name is Darrell Norwood. I left him a voice mail and 3 e'mails. HE would not respond to my request for cleaning. I told him, nicely, on the e'mail I had a living social voucher, and I'd like to schedule cleaning. I left 3 messages on this. He did not respond. Highly unprofessional. I recommend, for the most part, NOT to buy groupons or living social cleanings. They over sell, they are not making any money, people don't call them back to reschedule at a higher price as they had a heck of a time getting them out there in the first place, and it's not worth my grief anymore. This has now happened 3 times to me whereby the Companies totally disregard the calls or e'mails. It is BEYOND unprofessional. I give INdiana Punch CRew an F!!

We paid for a groupon for their services and nobody answer and their was no voicemail. Once we finally got a hold of them we scheduled cleaning. I took a half day off from work to let them in and they never showed up.

We paid for a big, expensive Groupon for these guys and I can't tell you how long it took to finally talk with someone. We left several messages and they would never call back. We finally talked with them and, of course, they are booked for weeks. We scheduled a time for them to come for the first time, that time came, and guess what, they did not show. I called Groupon and demanded our money back and they refunded. They were not overly professional on the phone and this should have given us a clue on their job performance. I am sure they will say they were very busy after the Groupon and could not return the calls quickly. Well, they are on Google Offers today, June 25, 2012, so I guess they are not too busy. I would not let these people in my home nor would I give them any money.
