Description of Work: We had a basement leak that had created mold. They had to take about 10 inches of wallboard and baseboard, and contiguous carpeting. Overall, I thought they were very careful with the surroundings and furnishings.

Description of Work: I had him come and get a quote and look at our basement for the rental house. I wanted to know if we had a big problem with mold. He said, "You don't need us." I felt that was very unique experience and he did a thorough search around the house to find where water was coming in. He showed me a do it yourself to resolve the issue.

Description of Work: They clean the crawl space, isolate it so humidity does not get into it and they pait it with antimod spray, also clean the air ducts.

Description of Work: Brent was awesome! My outlets smelled musty and I had convinced myself it was mold!!! He walked in and explained to me that it was not a mold smell and was most likely a dead mouse! He walked throughout the entire house, basement, outside and all, to tell me where to lay mouse traps. Stand up guy. He didn't try to sell me anything or lure me into mold removal that was not needed. I can't recommend this company enough. I was super impressed.

Description of Work: We had an unknown smell in the basement and couldn't find the source. They inspected everything and found no evidence of water damage, suggested it was another source, lent us something to get rid of the smell and did not charge.

Description of Work: Indiana Mold Remediation provided me with an inspection as we thought we may have a mold problem in the basement and crawlspace. Aaron was the tech that came out for the inspection and he was very knowledgeable, detail oriented and thorough. He was also very friendly and personable. He explained to us how to take care of the problem ourselves as it was not severe. Aaron went above and beyond offering exceptional customer service, suggestions and important information.

Description of Work: The owner, Brent, was extremely professional and responsive to my questions. He talked to me on the phone about the issues and was willing to spend time to help me understand the process and costs. When I requested an estimate he provided one without delay. I called or emailed him a few times and he is very patient and helpful. He really knows what he is talking about and has a great process at a reasonable price. I talked with another Angie's list mold remediation company and they were A LOT more expensive. I definitely don't think the increase in price was justified. The process Brent's company uses is very thorough and provides almost instantaneous results. I will DEFINITELY USE his company if I have mold issues going forward. The only reason I didn't this time around was because the buyer wanted a check at closing vs. having me fix the issue for him.
