+ -1 moreThe team of 4 individuals were very professional, explained each step of their work, completed the job in a timely fashion. They made sure to clean up their work area, particularly when drilling through the slab inside the home.
Description of Work: Installation of a new water line from the meter to inside hook up. They had to identify the utilities that were marked incorrectly, then bore a new line. They had to drill through the slab to connect line inside.

+ -1 moreI CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE REQUESTING A TIME TO HAVE AN ESTIMATE DONE. I WAITED A WEEK FOR A RETURN CALL AND DID NOT GET ONE. I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT DO THAT KIND OF WORK. I GUESS I MUST NOT UNDERSTAND THE WRITTEN WORD. I FEEL THAT BUSINESS ETIQUETTE HAS GONE BY THE WAYSIDE WHEN YOU CAN'T RETURN A CALL EVEN IF IT IS TO SAY THAT YOU CAN'T DO THE JOB. SOME SORT OF RECOGNITION IS NEEDED AND A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT BE LEFT HANGING IN LIMBO. VERY BAD.
Description of Work: THE WORK I NEEDED DONE WAS BORING UNDER A SIDEWALK TO REMOVE A DRAIN PIPE AND INSTALL A NEW ONE.
