Called twice to try to set up an appointment. Each time was promised a callback. Never received a callback. Went with another firm.

It did not go very well. I received a quote from them to do a certain task and once they came out to do the job, they under quoted and did a poor job to try to stay within the quote. They came out to reseed the lawn, but it was too hard and the seed never took and did not grow. I called and advised that the seed was not growing and they finally came out and redid it, but it was after multiple calls. They did not seem very professional and didn't seem to know what it took to get a lawn going.

I called Hittle and left a message for a designer to call me. Leslie called me within a couple of days. We then met at my home the next week. She was on time and very knowledgeable. After discussing what I wanted she took measurements and made sketches. I I had her plan and quote within a couple of weeks. I asked for a couple of small changes and then approved the plan. The workers came to implement the plan on the designated date. They were professional as well and were done in a couple of days. My overall opinion is they are a good company to work with. In fact I am having more done with this company this fall.

This was a major overhaul. They removed planting and completely re-did all of our plantings. They also incorporated large boulders into the design. It is absolutely gorgeous!

The work I saw them do was impressive. They had some unique ideas that I thought were good. They were personable. They were very friendly and helpful.

They did some work for us and we signed a contract with them in August. It was complicated and they took a long period of time. We knew that they were going to do the work in fall and we were fine with it. However, they didn’t come till December. We told them before that we wanted to be there when they did the work. We then went away for Christmas and told them not to come even though we thought that it was too late. We then had two 65 degree days in December and they came while we were away. They then planted a bunch of stuff and it was under warranty. It was very aggravating. Leslie was their sales representative. She was very nice and accommodating. She tried to do her best to get the company to do things for us. I wouldn’t hire them again.

I had an awesome experience with them. They did an outstanding and good work. They were very responsive and I highly recommend them. I really didn’t shop around and check the prices. I was referred to them and I knew somebody who had used their services. So I didn’t get any other competitive price. I most definitely would use their services in the future too.

The landscape designer was great to work with, he did a super job. The problem we had was that some of the plants didnt make it through the winter so we had some hassle getting the pants replaced and so forth. That was the biggest problem we had.

The landscaping designer and the project manager were very easy to work with. The crew was very responsible and did their best to minimize damage to the rest of my yard. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

They are top of the line. I will continue to use them.

The cost was exactly as the estimate stated. They scheduled me right away and performed the work professionally. Very nice work and quick.

We worked with Mike Broge at Hittle. I really wanted to be involved in planning the design and choosing plant material and Mike was very accommodating with this. He was also very helpful and gracious with all of our questions. One of our crabapple trees did not look very good the next spring and he replaced it with no problems at all. Overall I thought we got a lot of value for the price.
