The guys showed up as scheduled and were prepared to work but first wanted to make sure the color I selected was right. They thought another color was a better match and after reviewing the choices again they were absolutely right! So... they said they would have to go get the other color at the shop. Well, they did not have the color in stock and had to order it. I didn't realize at the time that my original color choice was a special order so I offered to pay a restocking fee if they couldn't return it for free but that never happened. They were very accommodating with me after changing my color choice. The new color gutter came in and everything was installed perfectly and you could hardly even tell they were here, as nothing was disturbed on the property. I had got quotes from several other companies (from Angies List) and Jack Canon was the most reasonable. Being the least expensive out of 5 quotes made me a little nervous, but after talking to Jack I decided to go with his company. He was quite knowledgeable and also had the best guarantee of 3 years for workmanship I was very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing gutter work..

I had a difficult time getting service-- first, they lost my information in a pile on a desk, and called a week later to see if my repairs had been taken care of-- when we had been waiting on them to give an estimate! Finally, they did come, and promised the work would be done that Friday or Monday. A week and a half later the work was not done, so I had to call twice again to get an answer. They then scheduled my work for the next day. Despite this trouble, I would use this company again as their minimum job cost was much lower than anyone else I called, especially since what we needed was so minimal. Also, we were very pleased with the work. From reading Angie's List, it seems that it is difficult to get a good guttering job done in this city. So, from the choices available, Gutter Tech is a good one-- providing you don't mind waiting until they can get around to you with a little prodding.
