They got us scheduled quickly and were always there early. Worked about 10 hours every day to get the job done. Mauricio, the owner kept in touch regularly to make sure things were going as we had hoped. They did an absolutely beautiful job. Would hire again!

The man was late. Then left with out covering the nail holes because he ran out of time. He ran out of time because he could not get the cuts right at first. I will not use them again.

This company is just way to expensive. They were trying to charge double the cost of what the job actually took.

Excellent service. Prompt reply to email request for on site estimate and prompt visit to home for measuring and discussion on type of fencing best for the property. The weather did not cooperate on starting the job, but as soon as weather permitted work began and it only took two days. The old fence and posts were removed and new posts installed on day one and new four-foot link was installed with re enforcement along the bottom keeping the escape artist dog safely confined. The results are great. All trash and scraps were removed. Not only does the property look good the quality of the materials and work is excellent. The crew and Mr. Gonzalez were professional and respectful and the owner was on premises each day for the duration of the job. This company does construction from a new build to small jobs. I know when I need anything else done, I will call them first.

October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up. Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess). Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job! Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again.

I was impressed with the skill level and attention to detail. This was a big project and I think they felt under their bosses gun to have it finished by day three. All in all, I would recommend them.

The work was done but has not lasted; already damaged and cracked. Very expensive for the value received.

We did not end up getting the fence put in due to a change in our financial situation. When we do get the fence we will use him. Top notch responsiveness and great fencing ideas

Mauricio visited our home to quote for new siding which is approximately 1500 square feet of siding. We wanted fiber cement and expected it to be a fairly expensive job. He was on time and very professional, and seemed to be knowledgable on the product and process, although we only spent about 15 minutes together. When we received the quote later that night, we were taken aback by the cost quoted to us. It was more than double every other quote we received (24k vs 12k). I would not recommend this company because I feel they unfairly quoted an exorbitant amount.

It went great. The work was completed on time, the quality was excellent, and Mauricio was extremely helpful. He was always available, and make the experience great. I will continue using them for contractor work for many years to come.

Mauricio was truly a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, always on time and professional. We received three estimates and Mauricio really stood out from the rest. He asked good questions and really took the time to listen to us. He was involved in every facet of the project. We could really tell that he cares. He and his crew were so efficient. They are a well-oiled machine. They cleaned up everything and wiped down the fence before they left. We would definitely use them again. Great experience! I am so happy that we used them.

I went to Angie's List online and contacted a couple of people who had high ratings to give me a quote via phone for the specific fencing I was needing. Mauricio, the owner, was extremely responsive and got back in touch with me the same day, gave me an accurate quote and we scheduled a time for him to come meet me at my home to further the discuss the project since he was, indeed, in my price range. He was here on time for our initial meet up and very detail oriented and took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting with my new cedar fencing. Then, we scheduled the fence install for only about 1 week out and him and his team arrive on time, ready to go and had the fence completed within a half a day. The fence is straight as an arrow and looks fantastic! Exactly what I wanted it to look like and I'm so glad that I hired them to work for me. Professional, reasonably priced and perfectionists definitely sticking to their slogan of and quot;DONE RIGHT, DONE ONE TIME!and quot;! Thank you for making this project happen so successfully in such a short time and doing such a wonderful job. I appreciate your work ethic! I recommend this company to anyone looking for fencing or anything else they do as you can see a list of all of their talents on their web site. I plan to use them in the very near future possibly for hardwood flooring and maybe even a laundry room make over! They are general contractors and do just about EVERYTHING. We chose him to do this chose because he did so well on a previous job for us. His price was very reasonable. He showed us ways to save money on the project, and gave us 2-3 alternatives. He was able to get us an estimate right away. He showed up on time with his crew, and they finished the job in one day. They hauled off the old materials. They cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to others and have.

They did a great job, very efficient. Mauricio inspected each of the lights before installing and found one to be defective. The internal wires were stripped and not safe. We felt very lucky that he had inspected before installing. We were able to get another light fixture that he later installed and were able to prevent a possible fire from that light fixture. We originally asked just for the lighting installation. After talking, we discovered that he and his crew did so much more. They do room additions, fences, remodeling, home inspections, etc. We kept adding projects (since it is a new home for us) and he was always willing to tackle anything we requested. His rates were very reasonable. We would highly recommend Mauricio and his crew for any job!

Mauricio's men did a fine job on the brick, you cannot even tell which was replaced. The cement and deck were well done too. One issue is very few of them speak English so I had to use hand gestures to communicate with some of them. My Spanish is very limited. Also be warned that Mauricio does not accept credit cards. I was not told this and it was not in the estimate. On the day I was to pay him I had to come up with $3000.00 in cash. This was not an easy thing to do.

I was very happy with the final product and our experience with Mauricio and his crew. Mauricio was very prompt and fast to return calls and set up an appt to provide an estimate. He was able to give his advice but at the same time he did what we asked to do without question. Mauricio cares about the quality of work and the finish project. The fence for the back yard is very big and had a lot of room for error and Maurico and his crew did an excellent job and I am very pleased how clean and crisp the fence line is and how the cedar fence looks. Also, I was shocked at how fast they built the fence....It took one day for them to set the posts and then when they came back to run the fence it was done in one day, gates and all! Very impressed with his and quot;lets get straight to work attitudeand quot; and how he manged his crew. Overall, I feel the price was accurate for type of labor and the amount of material required for the job and I plan on using Mauricio in the future for other jobs.

I learned of Gonzalez Band I through a brick supplier. My insurance agent suggested the supplier as a source of someone who could manage the multiple tasks I had. I then checked with Angie's List, and found the company had very good ratings, although not very many total ratings. I called to arrange a visit and estimate. Mauricio happened to be in my neighborhood and showed up about 15 minutes after my call! He understood the nature of the work to be done and emailed me an estimate and job task listing that night. A large tree that had been planted years ago too close to my house was causing the damage described above. Once I had the tree and stump removed, I accepted Gonzalez Band I estimate by email. We set the date for the work and the team and equipment arrived as scheduled. The completed the tasks of excavating, large root removal, small root removal, sealing, backfilling, brick replacement, tuck pointing, and trim restoration in a highly satisfactory manner. They leveled the excavation area, cleaned up the driveway, and hauled away the removed root pieces. The team of 3 were well organized, each working their area of expertise and helping the others. They began about 9:00 am and finished by mid-afternoon. All 3 were committed to doing excellent work.

Mauricio is great to work with. He responded quickly and went above and beyond to provide samples and references. I didnt think that he would have it finished as fast as he did, the day the materials arrived his team was working on the project and had it completed next next day. very impressed, we will be using him in the future for more projects.

He did the work quickly, and has such an eye for detail. I can not say enough good things about him. He arrived on time, finished the project in the time he told me and the price was what he quoted. The work looks fabulous, I am so happy with the results. I will be using him again for additional work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
