Description of Work: Performed repairs to finished basement after a flood. Terry repaired some damaged drywall and installed 100" of new baseboards in basement. He caulked and painted baseboards, and painted walls where repairs were made. He also repaired drywall around the ceiling where a water line had leaked, not related to basement flood.

Description of Work: I contacted Terry Fox regarding having crown moulding installed in my home office. Terry came within a couple of days of contact and looked at my office, as well as the crown moulding I had found that I wanted installed. The crown I wanted was hard maple that was already stained with a very detailed profile. It also was only available in 8 ft. lengths. Having something like this installed is very difficult due to the heavy details and having to join pieces together, as well as the mitering for the inside corners. He got back to me within a few days with an estimate, agreeing to install it for me. Terry arrived at 9 am on the install day and began setting up, and then got immediately to work. He worked very h this install, and it is perfect. The crown looks beautiful and I can't stop admiring it. I am thrilled with the results. Terry is an expert craftsman, and if I ever need something else done that he has the skills to do, I will have him back. Terry is very personable and a pleasure to work with. While Terry was here, I had him look at two balusters that were installed upside down on my basement stairway. Terry was able to correct that problem after he finished the crown install. That was also expertly done.

Description of Work: I had laminate flooring laid throughout my home. Terry did an excellent job. I am very happy with the results. I would use him again and recomment him to others.

Description of Work: Installed kitchen and laundry room cabinets, trim, including plumbing hook ups. Also, furnished and installed solid oak hardwood floor in kitchen. Previously installed new stair parts and handrail as upgrade.

Description of Work: Installed new stair posts, ballasters, and handrails.

Description of Work: Replaced front entry door which needed a new concrete footer to sit on. Replaced weathered window trim with PVC brick molding that will never rot again. Also replaced damaged siding with Hardy Plank siding that matched my current siding. On the inside, he added new trim around the door as well as baseboard. Applied new drywall and finished.

Description of Work: Terry installed crown molding in our living room and two bedrooms. He caulked and finished the crown molding for painting but did not paint it.
