They were on time to do the services asked of them. I would use their services in the future. They were professional while they were working. They were courteous and kind. The quality of their work was good.

Very well. Jim Houghton was our representative, and was responsive, communicative and straightforward through the entire process. Took one day to rip out the old driveway and one day to lay the new one. As easy and effort free for the homeowner as could be. After a few weeks a portion of the new driveway settled, leaving a "valley" that collected water. I called Jim and they fixed it within 2 days without any questions or further phone calls needed.

Quote was in line to better prices than some others, but I did choose to work with another company (see other review).

They were very professional and easy to work with. The quality of work was good. We almost used another company but Delello came up with the concept of getting by with a base coat only and doing the top coat later. His creative thinking helped them get the job.

The job was excellent. It was started and finished within 1 day and they cleaned up afterwards.

I got four estimates for this project, with Delello coming in near the high end. However, they were by far the most comprehensive in asking me questions about what I wanted and explaining the process and options I had. They subbed out the concrete work, but I do not know who they use. No matter, the concrete work was very good and actually exceeded my expectations. The driveway was done exactly how they described and the work was done very well. I am very pleased with the job and would definitely use them again if ever needed.

Driveway is functional, in that it drains properly away form the house. It looks like they mixed dirt in with the driveway asphalt, because it has unsightly brown streaking across the width of the driveway from side to side. Because of that error, I will have to seal the driveway three years before I should have.

This company is a heavy hitter in Hamilton County and surrounding areas. They do a lot of residential and commercial paving. Although the real test will be several years from now, I believe the job was done well and it looks nice and feels nice. Their price was very fair (based on other estimates I received). I would use them again.

I could not afford $700 more for the project.

All was good. The price was reasonable.

It was complicated because of drainage, septic removal, and I had to be able to use the parking lot at the same time as they worked. The people that did it were very good and made sure water had flow. They did a really good job. If you want something done well, he does it. Cost also includes septic tank removal, and removal of a large tree and roots.

They were very conscientious about their work. They checked and re checked their work when they were finished. It turned out very well.

I called and left a message requesting the quote. No one called, they just showed up one day and were in my driveway measuring, luckily I was home. The estimator seemed very cordial and professional. I received the quote several days later. It was competitive.

We received 4 bids for this project. Delello came out the next day after we called for a quote. They were professional and quick to provide the bid. Another company suggested we could just grind off 1 1/2 inches from the top surface and then apply new asphalt. We did this in an attempt to save money. After the process was done I wish I had selected Delello. I think this was the most professional and the price was probably very fair in hindsight.

They did a great job. They said they will return after 90 days to repair a section where there is water pooling and smooth out tire tracks that are being cause by the heat.

We were very pleased overall with the work performed. We had hired this company several years ago for the driveway and knew that they are experienced and efficient. We were also pleased with the sub-contractor concrete company and hired them to do a repair of our garage floor. Delello & Sons filled in dirt and grass seed in areas where the lawn was disrupted after the work was completed.

A real pleasure to deal with a company who just gets the job done with no issues! They came out while I was on vacation, I came home and was thoroughly pleased with the results.

Fastest to respond to request for estimate. Courteous and comprehensive description of work. I felt they described work that wasn't necessary and so had a higher charge than other bidders.

Best price of three estimates. Would recommend to anyone considering similar work.

Jeremy Baird gave me an estimate that was exactly what I ask for. He gave me several different options, so I could add or deduct items from the quote. Everything was handled in professional manner and done as soon as weather permitted.

HAD DRIVEWAY COATED FOR THE WINTER.

THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME WE HIRED DELELLO TO DO ASPHALT WORK FOR US. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH US AS TO THE SCHEDULING OF THE PROJECT, AND VERY COOPERATIVE IN MAKING CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL PLAN.

AT FIRST WE THOUGHT OUR MESSAGE HADN'T BEEN RECEIVED, AS WE DIDN'T HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE, BUT WE RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE IN THE MAIL ABOUT 4-5 DAYS AFTER WE LEFT THE MESSAGE. THE ESTIMATE WAS DETAILED IN EXPLAINING THE WORK INVOLVED IN MILLING THE ASPHALT AND REPAVING OVER IT. I CERTAINLY APPRECIATED THE ESTIMATE, BUT WE WOULD'VE LIKED A CALL FROM SOMEONE EXPLAINING WHY WE DIDN'T GET A SEAL COAT ESTIMATE (I'M GUESSING BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T SERVE ANY PURPOSE AT THIS POINT) AND SOME OTHER EXPLANATION ON THE MILLING. WE DID THINK THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. WE'RE GOING TO WAIT UNTIL OUR DRIVEWAY IS IN WORSE SHAPE AND THEN REPAVE.
