COMPTON CLEANING SERVICE

I went through my home after the initial cleaning and made a list of things that were agreed upon that were not completed. Scheduling another cleaning took 4 weeks vs 1 with numerous communication problems and them not keeping appointments. When confronted with the list of undone tasks from the previous cleaning and about using their own chemicals that I saw them trying to hide in their coats. They became disrespectful and denied not being thorough and said it would be fixed at their current cleaning. They came into my home without knocking and went straight upstairs. I found them with a caddy of their own chemicals. I made a written guideline for each room to ensure accuracy and asked them to tell me what they would do and we would edit the list together. I was home making a business call when I noticed it was quiet. I found a note on the back of the list saying it would not work. They snuck out of my house! No phone calls have been returned from them to explain.

RHONDA PROVIDED AND ESTIMATE AND PERFORMED THE WORK. SHE IS OUTSTANDING AND WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. SHE ARRIVED ON TIME, EARLY EVEN, AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE EVEN CALLED TO ENSURE MY SATISFACTION.
