It was done quickly from the first time that I called. They came out the same day I called and checked things out. Within a couple of days they came out with a sewing machine and got the project done quickly. The guys were nice.

I have mixed feelings about their service. When new cover was installed in May of 2006 (replaced pre-existing Coverstar cover), the workers forgot to put in two screws on the wheels that pull the cover across. They came back to fix it a couple days later, but it was surprising that they left it wrong in the first place because it was really obvious that something wasn't right with the wheels. Today we had it serviced again because a rope snapped. Today's service technician was prompt and courteous, and he pointed out that the bar across the end of the cover is not quite wide enough (something the installers should have taken note of). So he is fixing that. So we've had a bad experience followed by a good experience. The cover itself seems to be well-made, but that will only be proven over the next few years. On pricing, they were fair and competitive.

I felt bad because my realtor was to meet Dwayne to let him in to measure for a quote and she was really late. He had left, but came back once she arrived and gave a very prompt and reasonable quote. I would definitely call him again. We ended up not purchasing the house but if we had, he would have gotten my business.

HAVE WORKED WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE BUYING OUR HOUSE WITH A POOL. THEY DO GOOD WORK AND RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY FASHION. WORK IS DONE PROMPTLY AND WELL.

COMPLETED WORK ON-TIME AND AS ESTIMATED, HOWEVER, THEY PLAYED A PRICING GAME WITH WARRANTY. RECEIVED QUOTE FROM ASSOCIATE COMPANY THAT INSTALLS THEIR COVERS THAT WAS $200 LESS, HOWEVER, IN ORDER TO OBTAIN PRO-RATED VALUE OF WARRANTY I HAD TO UTILIZE AUTOMOATIC POOL COVERS DIRECTLY. APPEARED SOMEWHAT ARROGANT WHEN THIS WAS BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION. BOTTOM LINE, THEY WILL INSTALL A QUALITY COVER IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER, BUT THEY PLAY GAMES WITH THEIR WARRANTY.

VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL TEAM THAT CAME OUT ON-TIME AND PROVIDED US WITH AN ESTIMATE IN THE TIME FRAME THEY PROMISED. COSTS SEEMED HIGH, BUT NOT TOO FAR ABOVE WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING. WE EXPECT QUALITY OF WORK TO JUSTIFY COSTS. WE HAVE DECIDED TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS. THEY PRODUCE WHAT THEY PROMISE - ON TIME.

REPLIED PROMPTLY TO MY INQUIRY AND REPAIRED/SERVICED MY POOL COVER QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. SERVICEMAN WAS COURTEOUS AND WELL-TRAINED. WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR SERVICE. THEY HAD ALL OUR POOL INFORMATION IN THEIR COMPUTER FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER AND HONORED WHAT WAS LEFT OF THE PREVIOUS WARRANTY. I FOUND THEM TO BE PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.

THEY HAVE INSTALLED SEVERAL POOL COVERS FOR US. THEY NOW MAKE THEIR OWN COVERS, SO THEY CAN INSTALL THEM MORE QUICKLY. THEY ARE A BIT PRICEY. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR POOL, THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT POOL CONSTRUCTION, ETC... THEIR SERVICE IS GOOD, TOO. THEY TRY TO GET OUT RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE GROWING AND THEY ADD MORE POOLS EVERY YEAR.

DWAYNE AND JOHN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF REPLACING OUR POOL COVER. THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE SERVICE CALL TO MEET OUT NEEDS. THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND OFFERED LOTS OF ADVICE THAT WILL ALLOW US TO MAINTAIN OUR NEW COVER.
