Ashpaugh Electric was very professional throughout the service. A time to perform the services was established, a call was provided the day before services, and the serviceman was prompt. The serviceman was very knowledgeable of the electrical function, polite and efficient in carrying out the services. In addition, the price charged was reasonable and closely tied to the services performed. I would highly recommend Ashpaugh Electric to others looking for electrical services. Great job!

It went very well. Dudley was right on time. He took the old on down and put the new on up, and everything went very smoothly. Dudley was very polite and answered questions for me. I would highly recommend him.

I have used Ashpaugh Electric over many years and wanted to write a general review. I have been more pleased with Ashpaugh than any other service provider, including other electrical contractors, plumbers, and general contractors, with whom we have worked to maintain our home. The extent to which I appreciate the quality of the work of Ashpaugh Electric is reflected in the fact that when I needed to replace a general contractor, I turned to Brian Ashpaugh for his recommendation and would take his expert advice on virtually anything related to the home service trades. My main concern is quality above anything else. I am certain that I receive the highest quality parts and service from his company and staff. I have rated price as "not applicable" because I have no basis for judgement of comparative costs or value received. I am absolutely convinced that quality is of the highest and therefore I also believe that I receive extreme value for my dollars spent. Furthermore, with respect to price and value, I am thoroughly convinced that Mr. Ashpaugh is a gentleman of the highest integrity and moral standard. This contributes to my belief that I am never over charged (and this has not been the case with all service providers who have performed work for me).

It went very well. This is a large unit and not a simple job. Brian and his employees are some of the most professional people I have dealt with. They are competent, timely and totally reliable. I have used them in the past and this time was very similar to my prior experiences.

Steve and Micah were friendly and very professional. Steve previously installed one ceiling fan and we requested to have him come back and install two additional fans. We were happy to let them take the old lights which they donate to Habitat!

The install was in two phases due to weather and the timing availability of the custom fixtures. The fixture merits were explained to us and we were provided warranty documents. They negotiated the underground irrigation system for the install. Where the conduits required the brick facade to be drilled they filled the ports and waterproofed the entry. The install areas were picked up and left clean after each day's work. The install was well planned and we were consulted throughout the project. We've worked with Ashpaugh for 15 years. The electricians are well educated, knowledgeable, respectful to your property and a joy to partner with as a service provider. We purchased a contract for a twice a year inspection whole house inspection that was well worth the investment for safety. The electricians explain everything you need to know regarding your home's electrical system. We are considering two more fixtures for the driveway in the spring. The walkways are well lighted for safety. We feel the project went exceptionally well.

Task completed as scheduled. Would not quote a price range over phone; had to wait for electrician to come on sight. If I turned down his quote, I would have been charged a visit fee.

Steve and Micah did an excellent job with the installation. They were very professional and the job was finished very quickly. This is the second installation that Steve and Micah have done for me and I am, again, very happy with their work.

Great--Steve and Micah explained the process and went right to work. Finished more quickly than I expected. I also appreciated the fact that they wore shoe covers while in our home, as we have small children that are all over the floors. Would hire this company again!

Dudley did an excellent job. Very polite. Arrived on time. Worked steadily until both jobs completed. Perfect clean up. I am pleased with the results of the work performed.

Gary the rep from Ashpaugh was out here from 8-11:30, was quoted an estimate of $400.00. Thought this was a little low considering electrical work is expensive. Replaced the meter and made it more accessible for power company. Worked with them in the past and they are meticulous and did beautiful work. I wish every other service provider was like them. They went above and beyond what could be expected.

I have no problem with the work. It was very professional, and the equipment it now working properly. My only issue is with the price. It was done with "book pricing" meaning it wasn't an hourly rate. It was $82 to swap the flush mount closet light, $62 to replace a standard light switch, and $77 to replace a GFI switch. There was also a $70 "assessment fee" which is a trip charge. I would have rather paid by the hour as the total of $271 after the $20 Angie's list discount for an 1 hour and six minute visit was pretty steep.

Great experience. Mark was exceptionally professional, and very patient to answer all of my questions and let me know what he was doing each step of the day. We have a few cats who wanted to offer their services in helping him (getting in his way), and he was very kind about that, too. I will definitely call Ashpaugh in the future if any electrical needs arise.

Called Tuesday afternoon, sent electrician Thursday morning. Happy with work and would recommend to friends.

The service technician was very polite professional and focused on the issues. The final determination was a switch was intermittently failing. The switch was replaced and the circuit is working.

I had some issues with the pricing - not the work. Brian the owner called me and we worked it out - he explained the process. I appreciate him taking the initiative.

Ashpaugh performed brilliantly! There were several issues we encountered, none of which were caused by Ashpaugh, but all of which they solved. Two times we had the wiring repaired, only to be damaged when the bricks were reinstalled on the wall. After the wiring had been damaged twice, Ashpaugh redesigned the wiring to keep it from happening a third time. As I was acting as the General Contractor for my project, I had to try to schedule all of the parties in a timely manner. Ashpaugh bent over backwards to work with me. This is the 2nd job on which I've used them, and I will definitely use them again.

Dudley was personable and arrived on time. He assessed what needed to be done and presented various options for getting the tasks done. He gave me a full explanation of what he intended to do and a cost estimate. He completed each task and cleaned up after himself. I had several questions about future electrical needs and he provided recommendations and estimates. I plan to call him in the future to install some outdoor /security lightning.

Did a nice job. I think electricians are expensive in general so I'm not sure a 'B' is fair.

Electrician came out installed the outlet (found out the other outlet would default to the GFI'd outlet) so only 1 outlet was needed.

Fine. We didn't have to worry about the details.
