Great. Dudley was professional and completed repairs and even replaced the tract bulbs. He explained everything on the bill well. He is highly skilled and pleasant.

Excellent. Dudley was our repair man and he kept me fully apprised of the problems he discovered and what he suggested. He told me the price associated with each repair/part so I could make a decision about whether to have the work performed. We live in an old house and have some old wires, but that did not deter him. The company called me within 2 hours of my request for an appointment and were able to come perform the work within 3 days.

I was not able to be home that day so I asked my sister and brother-in-law to be there to supervise the work. My brother-in-law was totally impressed with the quality of the work performed and the professionalism of Greg and Cole (AKA Junior). Thank you Ashpaugh Electric and a special thank you to Greg and Cole, I know some of this was tougher than planned, but you got it done and I am very happy!

Ashpaugh Electric is a wonderful company! We purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for an electrician for a day. Just a few hours later, we received a phone call from Brian Ashpaugh, the owner of the company, to thank us for purchasing the Big Deal and to touch base regarding the projects we wanted to have done. This preplanning really paid off because one of our electric problems turned out to be different from what we had originally thought but the issue was anticipated and potentially needed supplies were already on the truck. Scheduling was easy and we didn’t have to wait very long for an appointment. Dudley, the head electrician, and Cole, his assistant, were both very friendly and courteous. Since we didn’t know exactly how much could be done in the time allotted, we had written out a fairly extensive list prioritizing what we wanted to have done. Amazingly, they finished the entire list! At least one of the projects took longer than expected and they worked later than necessary in order to squeeze in the last two smaller projects on the list. They didn’t have to do this - I would have completely understood if we had already used up all of the purchased time. Dudley really knows what he is doing and was able to rewire one of our electrical plugs (cut wire) without having to cut into the drywall. He found an alternative that allowed him to go through the outlet and run the wire down through the basement and into a storage area. This was probably a more time consuming solution but was a much better alternative for us. In addition, he went back and rehung a chandelier after pointing out to me that it needed to be hung higher than he had originally hung it. We were very pleased with Dudley’s professionalism, expertise, and commitment to making sure that we were happy with the results. The day after our appointment, we got a follow-up call from Brian, the owner, to make sure that we were pleased with their service. Overall, we were very happy with our purchase and will definitely use Ashpaugh Electric for all of our electrical projects in the future.

Perfect. Dudley not only took care of existing issues, provided guidance on other projects we had in mind. He was fast, did great work, and is a really friendly guy.

Owner Brian is very knowledgable of electrical code! His electricians are very professional, Brian walks them through everything before leaving and calls afterwards to ask how it went. We had the electrician out that our custom builder that was contracted to wire our home and they claimed they could not run the line. Brian got it done and with no damage. Worth the money

Dudley arrived on time and performed the work with expertise and according to code. He explained what he was doing and threw in some interesting stories about his travel as he worked. He tested the circuit and cleaned up everything very well before he left. Parts were a bit pricey, but a GFI outlet was required in the garage. Now I just need my new car!

I emailed Ashpaugh and they got back to us almost immediately. Although we did not utilize their services, they were extremely responsive and provided very needed information to us about codes and safety issues relevant to our situation that allowed us to then address the issue with the buyer. I used their company several years ago to install some ceiling fans and was very pleased with their work. We will definitely reach out to them to help us install some lighting in our new house.

Dudley and his helper Micah were very professional and did an outstanding job which required some crawling around in the attic to locate wiring. They cleaned up any "mess" they made and all in all I was very pleased with the outcome of their work. They deserve an A+.

We unhooked something in the wall when we changed out a damaged wall outlet. Afraid of the damage we might have done as parts of the circuit went dark, we called Ashpaugh. The repair was quick, courteous and painless.

Purchased 2 hours of service offering. Was contacted promptly and was scheduled conveniently. Dudley was very efficient and checked the areas of concern. As it turned out, the system was already in place and he showed us how they were connected. One could to be replaced for convenience and he explained the cost for the receptacle and that was completed. My husband had another future project he wanted to discuss so that was accessed and planned for the future. All in all a great experience. Will definitely use them again.

My experience with Ashpaugh Electric was excellent and the entire process was professional from the beginning to the end. Brian Ashpaugh came out to the house and gave us a very detailed and thorough proposal of all the electrical work that we wanted to have done. The electricians, Greg, Gary and Dudley were professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and completed all the electrical work in one day. I was impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail. The safety inspection found one defect with grounding that they fixed in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the work and how everyone associated with this company treated us in such a professional manner. Thank you!

Fantastically well. Brian was able to diagnose the problem even with my poor description and pictures. Evidently it is very common. Ashpaugh arranged with the tenants to arrive and replace the fixture (plus another fixture that needed attention) in exactly the time window they promised. My tenants were obviously happy to have a functioning light again but more so that Ashpaugh could complete the work in the time promised.

It went very well. We had had another electrician out earlier who said it could not be done. We paid him the same amount that we later paid Ashpaugh though he stayed half the time. We were very disappointed. I knew I had seen Ashpaugh trucks around and we decided to call them. It worked out very nicely. They know what they are doing.

Great! The serviceman, Dudley, was about 45 minutes early (nice!) and got right to work. Finished in less than an hour & even cleaned up the dust & made time so I could clean behind the range while it was still pulled out. I had purchased an Angie's List deal so it was truly a good deal.

Very well. Brian Ashpaugh was always responsive, leaving detailed and timely voice messages as the proposal was developed and as the work was completed. He used a satellite image of our church property and a program that showed the improved lighting that would result from his proposed lighting. No other contractors did this. The work was done exactly as scheduled. The pricing was competitive. Several church members have already complemented on what an improvement the new lighting is.
