I called and they were able to come the next day. Steve and Micah were extremely polite and professional. They were on time and were in and out in less than an hour. Price was reasonable based on other electrical work I have had done. I have worked with Brian Ashpaugh in the past. A pleasure to work with.

The gentleman came out made a mess didn't fix the light. We found the parts that were needed called them to return and fix the light but charged us again. Cost a lot for this quick repair.

Dudley and Ron did an awesone job. They took their shoes off or wore footies in my home. They explained how they would approach the job and cleaned up the work area before they left.

Dudley, Ron, Tommy, Steve, Cole, and Micah were awesome. They are a hardworking crew, did the work that was expected and cleaned up when they were done. Once we signed the quote, the crew was on site the next day. Final bill was the same as the agreed upon estimate. Would definitely recommend Ashpaugh Electric

Dudley and Micah were great. They did all the work requested efficiently and properly. I felt very comfortable with them in the home and appreciated them accommodating my additional requests as I kept remembering additional items to add to the job while they were here. All items complete in 4 hours.

It went well. The three men kept at it until the problem was solved. Spent some 18 man hours to solve the problem in the least destructive way. They were great.

Dudley was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and super friendly. Our family has worked with other electricians but this company went above and beyond. Dudley, was very patient with me. He came to assess my light fixture and wires. I had a ceiling light that was not working properly. I had a new fixture available just in case it needed to be replaced. Dudley explained why the old light fixture had stopped working then replaced it with the new one. While in my home I asked him about my fire/smoke detectors. Dudley explained the recommendation for replacement every 10 years. The ones in my home were the same placed in my home when it was built (>20 years) so they were long over due for replacement. Now this was not why he came out to my home but he offered to replace them anyway. He replaced my smoke detectors, explained the warranty and was on his way.

Dudley and Cole did a great job. Arrived on time and we're very friendly and professional. They repaired what was not working and found the cause of our breaker issue and exterior lighting problem. They were very helpful and efficient.

Perfectly. Only hiccup was an adapter was needed to connect the new fan’s 4” duct to the smaller in-place ducting.

The technicians (Micah and Ron) worked quickly and were professional. Micah went the extra mile and even repaired some holes in the ceiling that were left over from the old light fixture. They cleaned up after themselves and even took away the old light fixture. They were not able to fix the electrically heated floor. They spent some time trying to debug the problem, but ultimately said the problem was under the floor.

Greg and Cole 2 did an excellent job. They showed up promptly, asked us what the problems were, gave us an estimate and then proceeded to do the work. We are completely satisfied with what they did.

It was very smooth! Dudley put his shoe covers on as soon as he entered. He was courteous, quick, and even had a good sense of humor. He was very kind and did a great job quickly. I called on Tuesday afternoon and they were able to get it done on Thursday morning. I was very impressed with their response time, especially for someone who wasn’t an existing customer. I’ll definitely use them in the future!

Dudley was a big help today in figuring out some electrical issues that had been bugging us in our older home. Everything works well and was delivered on time.

Other than the delay between purchasing the service and having a technician come onsite, everything else went relatively smoothly. Not being able to access the garage was frustrating, but was not an emergency. Not sure I would want wait that long if I was facing an emergency lose of power. Still, they were punctual and professional, and got the issue resolved quickly once they were able to get onsite.

We had a section of our kitchen where none of the electrical outlets were working. Dudley came in to access the situation. He was very thorough and ended up fixing the problem. He explained everything he was doing and took the time needed to get the job done right. We were very pleased with the service.

We were alerted when the electrician left the office, and were kept abreast of his arrival time (a traffic jam prevented on-time arrival). Dudley arrived, assessed the light fixture and plug, and provided good advice about the fixtures we wanted to change. He was methodical, and explained at every step what he intended to do. Dudley was professional, friendly and helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently and we appreciated his sense of humor as he tackled our jobs. When he didn't have the necessary parts to repair the light, Dudley made sure to schedule his follow-up before he left our home. Overall, a good experience.
