Great! Dudley was fabulous! He was very friendly and polite and arrived first thing in the morning. He explained everything that he was doing and what was needed to fix our problems. Would definitely use this company again and will ask for Dudley!

The gentleman, Dubley, that did the service was so exceptional. I was hard to please and he was the person anyone would wish to ask to hire. And the front desk, Leona, is very friendly. And the owner himself contacted me the night to check as I was a new customer.

They did a good service. They came on time and they did a very professinal job with no trouble. Just excellent.

Very impressed with the effort made to achieve customer satisfaction. The ceiling fan after installation made a clicking noise. On the callback, it was determined that the problem was due to poor assembly in manufacture, not the responsibility of the Ashpaugh installer. However, Mr. Ashpaugh disassembled the fan and corrected the problem at no extra cost.

The process went well. Dudley arrived promptly at 8 am, talked me through the plan, and performed the work we agreed on. He finished the project on time and ensured the work area was clean before leaving the house. Job well done.

The electrician arrived on time and was very professional and prompt during his stay. I received a quote within 24 hrs and they worked with another company to schedule the combined work that needs done on the cover. I had to do very little and it all went smoothly while we were on vacation.

Tommy came by to give me a quote. I was able to schedule the service without a problem. On the day of the scheduled service, Dudley and Cole arrived right on time. The work was done efficiently with very little damage to my lawn. When the work was completed, they cleaned up all debris. Dudley and Cole were courteous, professional, and did a great job. Would recommend Ashpaugh to anyone needing electrical work.

We had Ashbaugh and Dudley back for additional work given our satisfaction with the previous work. Again, Dudley was prompt, professional and thoroughly competent. We replaced in ground lights with "up-lighting" which looks great and is LED versus the old incandescent. Dudley also replaced old wiring with newer wiring. Great work, really good guy, great company. Brian Ashbaugh called several times to make certain all went as planned. Highly recommended (again).

Excellent! This was the second time we have had Ashpaugh do work for us recently. Dudley and Cole II came to install an outlet in our new home gym for a treadmill. Consistent with their first trip, both were super friendly and did great work, cleaned up after the job etc. After our first project the owner personally called to check in on the job, a great extra effort that shows that this provider cares about providing quality service. All in, a great experience.

We bought the two hour deal and two technicians arrived, Dudley and his helper Cole II. Both were exrtremely friendly and worked quickly to complete the work. Dudley was great about informing me of minor updates before doing the work as he began the install as the new fixtures were slightly larger than the old. Cleaned up after and even took the old items away with them. All in great service.

Ron did a great job! They responded same day I purchased the Deal (which doesn't always happen with providers of Deals) and Ron came out the next day. He did the tune up and also resolved a GFI problem that kept switching off on our freezer. Ron was patient with questions and and professional. Will def call Ashpaugh again!
