Description of Work: Brian Ashpaugh arrived to give me an estimate on several electrical projects. He was wearing a business suit, with tie, dress shoes and put on shoe covers upon entering. He took notes, took pictures, made good suggestions, etc. He asked for my e-mail address and told me he would respond within two days. I was very impressed. That was over two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I did e-mail him after a week; still no word. Ashpaugh advertises in the monthly publication and is an Angie's list award winner. Angie, there is a big problem with this guy!
