Description of Work: I scheduled Ashpaugh to provide a quote for some electrical work in my home and home office. They called and had to reschedule the first appointment because of double booking and then, on the day of the re-scheduled appointment, called to reschedule again.

Description of Work: Brian Ashpaugh arrived to give me an estimate on several electrical projects. He was wearing a business suit, with tie, dress shoes and put on shoe covers upon entering. He took notes, took pictures, made good suggestions, etc. He asked for my e-mail address and told me he would respond within two days. I was very impressed. That was over two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I did e-mail him after a week; still no word. Ashpaugh advertises in the monthly publication and is an Angie's list award winner. Angie, there is a big problem with this guy!
