Did not use for project.
Description of Work: Requested quote to have five linear under cabinet lights installed by direct wire. After two weeks I had not heard from them, so I called to request the quote, and received two days after call. The quote was extremely high. Project was done by another electrician for one third of their quote.

Ashpaugh Electric is saddened to find that our potential client is dissatisfied with our quoting process. Unfortunately, when we were out to the home owner's home to look at the new under cabinet lighting, we had an extreme reduction in temperatures which were below zero. This caused numerous electrical emergencies and caused us to not be able to respond as quickly as we normally would. The electrical installation that was discussed with the home owner onsite was to be made without any drywall cutting or damage. Our quotation thus reflected the additional skilled labor that would be required to properly route the new electrical infrastructure through the wall cavities, many of which are on an exterior wall that would require extensive fishing of wiring and the labor of two men. We are thankful that the homeowner was able to find another electrician to better suit her needs for the price point that she was comfortable with. Brian Ashpaugh, CEO

Description of Work: I used a special ad on Angie's List to get some recessed lights installed , they showed up on time , were professional and hit my coupon value perfectly, Dudley the lead electrician and Micah his apprentice couldn't have worked more efficiently. The only negative was the vehicle the company had them drive was a total rust bucket , piece of junk that shouldn't be on the road . It made a terrible first impression and my first thought was that I made a mistake hiring this company. But , the workmen overcame those concerns wonderfully.
