They came out, they were on time, they were nice, but they never sent me the estimate.

Very good. I was anticipating a major problem and was pleased with the simple solution. Speedy response, courteous. Very good.

Since moving into our 'new' home over a year ago, Ashpaugh Electric has performed work needed on several occasions, from adding receptacles and light fixtures to the rather extensive work required prior to installing a new heat pump. We have needed Ashpaugh to return a few times to check something out and they have done so without delay and without exorbitant extra charges. We have been very pleased with our experience with the company.

Very punctual and professional. Had full knowledge of how to repair my issues and also very patient in explaining it all to me. They also were very diligent in trying to resolve where the source of some of the electrical problems were located.

They where scheduled me quickly, were on time and did the work well.

Overall experience was great. Once an electrician was available, they came out and discovered the problem quickly and fixed it so we had power. Because I wanted to discuss the problem with the owner, I had them come back at a later date to permanently fix the problem.

Ashpaugh's electrician new what he was doing. He looked everywhere trying to figure out how the former contractor had wired the house, but he figured it out!

Less than 9 months after ceiling fan was installed it quit working. I was terrified that it was a short in the wiring and because there is no direct on/off switch that this may be a hazard. It took three phone calls for Ashpaugh to agree to stop by the house just to check the wiring they had installed. Tech was here no more than 20 mins. Their office is less than half a mile from here. I later determined the ceiling fan problem and fixed it myself. I was appalled to get a $75 dollar invoice a month later for Ashpaugh to just check their own work. ($25 would have covered the 20 mins and the gas.) I regret my earlier high praise and will never use them again for anything.

Setting up the appointment was easy and they got us scheduled for an appointment within a couple of days. Technician was 10-15 minutes late, but very polite & efficient. Pricing was reasonable, but I felt like the technician padded the amount of time that he was working. Next time I would have a timer to verify how long he is there. ($70 trip charge, $4 fuel surcharge, $70 labor; $20 Angie's List coupon)

They were very nice and willing to come out to our business immediately.

HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED HARD. HE WAS AN ALL-AROUND BOY SCOUT, I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER.

Excellent. The electrician arrived on time, was friendly, and did a good job.

I called because I thought a wire had broken off inside the wall. The tech realized I was wrong, and fixed the problem right away.

WE USE THEM ALL OF THE TIME. THEY ARE VERY GOOD. REAL DEPENDABLE. ALWAYS COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.

TWICE THE LADY WHO ANSWERED TOLD ME TO PUSH RESET BUTTON. I WAS VERY GRATEFUL NOT TO HAVE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE CALL TO PUSH RESET. I HAVE A NOTE (NOW) NEXT TO THEIR PHONE # TO PUSH RESET BUTTON BEFORE CALLING.

Work was good, but we had to prompt them once for a reply. I would be happy to use them again.

Workers were on time, did work, and worked without stopping for 7 hours. They met my expectations.

Electricians arrived on time. They worked in a very professional and courteous manner. They knew exactly what to do and wasted no time getting it done. Clean-up was excellent. I would recommend these electricians to do problem solving work without hesitation. The total bill was reasonable and the company honored the Angie's List coupon for $20.

On time, very polite, reasonably priced. Fit those categories very well. Explained all charges, including time spent on job. Arrived in the time frame we agreed on. Cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with electricians Wes and Jason. They were quick and efficient. Did the work in under an hour. I used my Angie's coupon which was a nice plus. Would definitely hire them again.

The two electricians (although one seemed to be in training and was closely supervised by the other) were at our house for approximately 1-1 1/2 hours. I was very surprised by the bill when I received it. It seemed way out of line for the work performed and the amount of time spent on the job. For a job as simple as installing dimmers, due to their high fee, I would not use Ashpaugh again.

THEY WERE ON TIME, COURTEOUS, AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. I HAVE USED ASHPAUGH BEFORE AND WILL AGAIN. RESPONSE TIME WAS VERY GOOD.

THE ELECTRICIAN WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT. HE WAS ON TIME AND WORKED DILIGENTLY TO ACCOMPLISH THE JOB.

THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION ABOUT WHAT WE NEEDED DONE. WHEN THE MAN CAME HE WAS UNABLE TO WORK ON THE DAMAGED ITEMS EVEN THOUGH WE WERE SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT WE NEEDED LOOKED AT WHEN MAKING THE SERVICE REQUEST. HE WAS VERY POLITE BUT CHARGED US FOR THE SERVICE CALL EVEN THOUGH HE COULDN'T HELP US. I SPOKE WITH BRIAN ASHPAUGH AND HE REMOVED THE CHARGE.

MY ONLY CONCERN WAS THE PRICE, BUT THE FELLOW WAS HERE FOR 4 HOURS, BECAUSE HE COULDN'T FIND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THE PRICE WAS PROBABLY IN LINE WITH OTHERS, IT IS ALWAYS A SHOCK WHEN YOU ARE NOT EXPECTING IT. BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

WES WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ARRIVED ON TIME, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
