They brought back the curtains after cleaning them and they were beautiful. However, there was a $75.00 delivery fee and a $75.00 rehanging fee. The gentleman was only here for about 3 to 5 minutes. I called them today and told them there were hidden cost that nobody ever told me about. They were nice and refunded me $25 dollars, but need to disclose this in the future.

One window was the size of two windows and then the other one was smaller. They estimate time was 3 to 5 weeks and they got there within the amount of time they said they would. You had to pay half of it down and then the rest when you got the draperies. They gave me a 100 dollar discount. He was a real nice guy. I was called back to see how I was satisfied with them.

Aero is a good company to work with if you don't have a problem, but if there is a style/fabric problem their response to me was "you signed the contract". I relied on the sales person's expertise to help me to pick out the right material and assumed he should know what would work and what wouldn't work. I am still working with Aero to get resolution but at this time I am a very dissatisfied customer.

We wanted cellular shades for four windows in our bedroom. We responded to a newspaper ad by Aero Drapery, offering blinds at a substantial saving. After checking with the list and the BBB, we asked an Aero salesman to call; he did so promptly and was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. We placed an order; the shades arrived and were installed after about six weeks (about a week longer than the salesman's time estimate). A member of the office staff responded quickly and appropriately to our query about the delay. The installer was prompt, friendly and skillful. The shades look and work fine. The salesman did not pressure us to place an order and although the price seemed high to us (even with the alleged discount of about 60%), we ordered anyway. We can't rate the company's price competitiveness because we did not get comparison prices from others; obviously this would have been a better move on our part. In all other respects, the company performed excellently.

THEY WERE VERY CREATIVE AT ASSISTING ME WITH DESIGNING THE RIGHT WINDOW TREATMENTS FOR MY HOUSE. THEY LISTENED TO MY NEEDS AND MY STYLE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN PROVIDING ME UPDATES, AND THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY.

THEIR PRICES ARE VERY HIGH.

MY WINDOWS LOOK FABULOUS. MARK WAS THE INSTALLER AND WAS WONDERFUL. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. JULIE WAS THE DESIGNER WHO SPENT 4 HOURS WITH ME SELECTING FABRICS AND DESIGNS THAT WERE JUST RIGHT. I HAVE PLANS TO USE THEM AGAIN IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE. MY WINDOWS LOOK SO GREAT, I NEED TO DO THE REST OF THE HOUSE! IT WAS EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT.

I ALMOST DID NOT USE THEM BECAUSE HE WAS SO INTENT ON TELLING ME ALL THE THINGS THAT MIGHT BE WRONG WITH THEM. I SUPPOSE THEY DO THIS IN CASE THERE IS A PROBLEM. I ALMOST TOLD HIM TO FORGET IT, BUT DID NOT HAVE TIME TO CALL ANOTHER. TURNED OUT O.K.

THEY HAD ALREADY MADE MY DRAPES, 5 YEARS AGO, SO NATURALLY I WENT BACK TO THEM TO HAVE THEM CLEANED. WHEN THEY BROUGHT MY DRAPES BACK AFTER TAKING THEM TO BE CLEANED, THEY LOOKED AWFUL! I CALLED THE OFFICE AND SHE SAID THEY WOULD MAKE GOOD ON THE WORK, THE GENTLEMAN THAT DELIVERED THEM TOOK THE DRAPES BACK WITH HIM AND THEN THEY BROUGHT THEM BACK A WEEK LATER AND THEY LOOKED WONDERFUL! I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM!~ THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN ALL "AS" IF I HADNT HAD TO SEND THE DRAPES BACK. THEY REALLY ARE A GOOD COMPANY.

OUR AERO REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. NO PRESSURE! AND VERY PLEASANT. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR OUR OTHER WINDOW DRESSING NEEDS.
