Pete was very up front and open about the mold issues we had and what the services would include. We had a bit of a lag getting service scheduled, but I assume they are busy and short-staffed, as many places are right now. Crew was professional and arrived on time for the work.

Pete came out to look at our mold situation and determined that it was more related to lack of air circulation around an area of bare concrete than to actual moisture incursion. He spent almost an hour looking into the areas that could be suspicious and did not find problems other than the area that we first noticed mold. The odor we are experiencing is more likely related to a varmint intrusion that was rectified earlier. Great suggestions to cure odor and absolutely no pressure. A “breath of fresh air” in the service business. I would definitely call him again. You should too.

Pete Jarvis, who did our estimate, and the team who cleaned up mold for us were all fantastic. Very polite, honest, and took time to answer all my questions. There was a bit of phone tag after we got our estimate before we could get our appointment set up for the actual mold remediation, but once we got over that minor issue it was smooth sailing. Very pleased with the work and would recommend them highly.

The team that worked on our project were very knowledgeable and personable. The only suggestion is to ensure homeowners are prepared and knowable of how the mode and water remediation process will work. Our damage was extensive and we were completely unprepared for amount of work involved with prepping the home for treatment.

Jose & Jessie did a very thorough job of installing a crawl space vapor barrier. They were professional and friendly. After completing the job they put everything in its place. They also made sure we were satisfied with the job at completion.

I had one additional quote for mold remediation and encapsulating the crawl space. The sales representative took time to answer my questions and discuss what was needed and why. The other company did the same but were $4,000 higher. Although the other company was offering the "top of the line" fix, no other options were recommended. Advanta Clean gave me other options.
