Everything went wonderful! Chad arrived a little earlier than expected, which worked out great! Job was completed very quickly and he was professional and very friendly.

I had talked to a couple other junk haulers and they both randomly stopped responding. By comparison, Jeff was very responsive. He was detailed, clear and honest about what the job would take and what it would cost. He and his partner texted ahead and arrived on time. They worked really hard and did a fantastic job. They even swept up the garage afterward. And the $480 price was right in the range he promised even though I think the job might have been a little more work than they expected. It was an excellent experience. I'd use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs junk hauled.

Jeff was great. It took two loads. The 1st day it was extremely hot. But, Jeff came anyway to get it done. Came back promptly to get the 2nd load.

Great! I contacted the owner via text and sent a picture of all three items. He gave me a price of $50.00. His base price is $80.00 and my estimate extended an Angie's List discount. I contacted him on Tuesday and established Thursday as the pick up date. We established a time for pick up. The next day he contacted me to see if he could pick up the items on Wed. night which was great. The time was established. On Wed. evening he sent a text to let me know when he was 12 min. away and then when he was driving in my driveway. We had placed the items on our back patio outside so when he arrived he just walked around the back of our house and picked up the 3 items. He was by himself so thankfully the chairs were not real heavy.

The guys from ABC Junk arrived on time, made a determination the hot tub would need to be cut in 4’s in order to remove it (due to its large size), and promptly did just that. They were quick and efficient, very apparent they had done this a time or two. After the hot tub was removed, they cleaned up the patio, as well as the path to the truck, of all debris due to the cutting. We were very appreciative of their carefulness in their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing large items hauled away.

I sent a text to Chad at ABC Junk Removal and Hauling on Monday and received a quote from him within a few minutes. I texted him the following day and set up an appointment for Wednesday for him to pick up the entertainment center and sofa. It went very well! We received a phone call when they were about 10 minutes away. The crew of three were so pleasant to work with, did a fabulous job hauling these extremely heavy items up the basement stairs and out to their trailer to haul away. We would definitely call them again! The quoted price was $200.00, but we gave them an additional $75.00 because of the difficulty of the job.
