Thralls Lead Inspection

We are purchasing a new home and desired to have a lead inspection. We tried to use a local agency, and Thralls Lead Inspection seemed promising. We phoned on Friday with no answer; so, we left a voicemail providing our phone number and a brief message letting them know we were interested in getting a quote for a lead inspection in the area. On the following Monday, I phoned again hoping to speak to someone. At this point, we were understanding that we had not yet heard back as it had only been 1 business day. When we phoned, we did get in touch with someone (who never gave us his name). We were told that he could not book the services or give us a quote, but he would have his associate phone us later that evening; so, he took our name and number. We did not hear back that day, as promised. We phoned the next day, and got the voicemail again. We ended up booking a different agency, but we have never heard back from this company, despite having given them our number twice. In addition, it appears this group is closely related to a contractor that removes lead, which could pose a conflict of interest during an inspection. However, we were not able to clarify this as they never returned our call.
