+ -1 moreGood work and professional it is just difficult to tell or understand why it took so long for the part to arrive.
Description of Work: Replaced the control board about 4 weeks after initial inspection because the board needed to be ordered. Then once it was repaired about 2 weeks later it broke down again doing the same thing. He came back and said he was going to have to call the plant and find out why it was acting like it was. Another week or so passed and I called them back to find out if they found out anything. He said something in the back must have vibrated loose. He checked and sure enough that took care of it. Problem was fixed it just took a long time and they were really difficult to get ahold of.
