Rick was very nice to work with, and professional. He didn't hesitate to show me his licenses or discuss how long he'd been in the business. He walked me through the plan for the inspection and encouraged me to go through it with him. He never once made me feel like I was asking an inappropriate question. Overall we spent four hours going through the house. Rick was very thorough. He was careful to point out everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and whether or not it was a concern. The thing that impressed me the most was that I never felt as though he was giving me a and quot;personaland quot; opinion on an item he pointed out. It was his professional observation and recommendation. Lastly, Rick never offered repair service as something he could offer. He also would recommend contractors he'd worked with in the past, but did not lend favoritism to one or the other. I was very comfortable through the whole process and felt like he took a sufficient amount of time to look over the house. He did run a little late from our initial appointment time, but was courteous enough to call and let me know he would be a few minutes behind.
