An outstanding builder with a high degree of of professionalism and quality. From start to finish they worked closely with us to build the home of our dreams. They have a with an architect and multiple suppliers, so we were able to cost out the home before signing a contract. Responsive and courteous, they gave advice, explained differences in materials and offered constructive suggestions. The external walls are 2 x 6 construction and every piece of wood was of good quality. All of the materials in the house were of excellent quality no shortcuts or inferior materials. The subcontractors were professional and courteous and well supervised by the Zimpfer's. The only reason we ran slightly over-budget was due to alterations we made to the original specifications; we put n a hardscape patio rather than a concrete one.
