+ -1 moreDave York and his team have been truly outstanding over the past year in helping us take a lovely, though aging, home that we purchased and making it sound again. Some issues were more serious than others, but at every turn Dave treated each issue with high priority. Further, while he "knows a lot about a lot" already, when an issue arises that he has not encountered, he does the research and won't stop it until he is satisfied himself in terms of confidence to do the job right. He is fair, honest, thorough, and friendly. We can only offer the highest praise for York Remodeling.
Description of Work: So many! A complete full bathroom gutting and remodeling was the first and largest project. Others included: replacement of exterior cedar siding that had been water damaged; replacement of soffet screens; installation of crawl space dehumidifier including minor electrical and plumbing to support optimal use and efficiency; interior cabinetry and related repairs; installation of new, secure and sealed crawl space entry door; replacement of waterdamaged drywall in furnace-a/c area, etc.

+ -1 moreDave and his crew were great to work with. They are an extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable group of workmen. They did a wonderful job of remodeling my mother's bathroom. I would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you so much for your excellent work!
Description of Work: Fixed a leaking toilet. They put in the new subfloor, cement backer board, new tile, and new toilet. They installed a new toilet drain line in the crawl space and fixed a leak under her vanity sink and repaired the drywall.

Description of Work: We used York's Remodeling & Repairs for our in law’s home. They were getting the house ready for sale and York's did some repairs. One thing they did was to repair the patio and caulk the joints with a sealant. They repaired an electrical service line into the home. They replaced some deadbolt locks.
