Description of Work: They came to set traps for a ground hog that dug tunnels near our foundation. It took a long time to get an appointment. The ground hog found it could hide under the deck which made it hard to catch. They did set some humane traps and then filled in the holes for us with some wire to keep future ground hogs out. |Did not catch the ground hog. They were very professional and humane. I think they are just super busy.

Description of Work: The provider inspected all levels of my house (basement, main floor, attic, and roof) to locate a family of raccoons that had a nest in the chimney and adjacent ducts. She used humane techniques to passively evict them, put a cap on the chimney and sealed other potential entry ways that wild animals could use to access the chimney and attic.
