Mark was great to work with.  Patient and hard-working, easy to get along with.  He is responsive to phone calls and cooperative when there were scheduling conflicts.  The finished product is beautiful and makes me proud that I had a hand in it.  He came back after most of the job was done to reattach the radiator that needed to be moved for the tile installation.  He put a lot of work into this project, and he clearly puts a lot of care and thought into what he does.  He is responsible and friendly.  I would hire him again for any job like this.

Mark did a great job on everything associated with this project.  At our initial appointment we discussed what we were looking for in the remodel and Mark had a lot of good suggestions that improved our ideas.  He then put together a detailed estimate for the entire project.  Impressively, Mark actually began the project very close to the date that he gave us at the time of the estimate.  Once he started he worked every day on the project and always asked our opinion when decisions came up during the remodel.  He was great to work with and often came up with clever solutions to difficult problems.  We were very impressed with the overall craftsmanship and also with his ability to have the new remodel area flow into the existing house structure.  Above all he pretty much kept to his original estimate.  The only extra charge was for add-ons that we requested once the work began.

Mark was very easy to work with and was very respectful of our house and family.  He cleaned up at the end of each day and he was very patient with us if we requested a change in the original plan.  Above all, the quality of the work was excellent.  Mark is a true craftsman and we will definitely ask him to do future remodel projects in our home.

Mark does quality work in a timely fashion which was the reason I hired him a second time.  The first time I needed my house re-roofed, he was the only contractor who showed up to provide an estimate and did so at the time we agreed upon.  My latest experience was the same.  Mark is professional, does quality work, and is present when he says he will be there.  The weather was a factor in getting the work done this time and Mark spent an entire weekend finishing the job once the weather improved.  I would definitely call him again.  Highly recommended!

It went very well. Mark does quality work at reasonable prices. He is a problem solver. He was always present when he hired workers, he cleaned up every night before he left and he even swept the garage!! Mark is very patient and will redo things when I change my mind. He was a pleasure to work with and the quality of his work is excellent.
