He didn't try to up-sell me. He just did what I wanted when I wanted it. I love that he doesn't call and call like other companies to try to constantly put more product on your lawn. I used him last fall and got a letter early this year letting me choose exactly what I wanted done this year and what I didn't. Got a discount for paying up front. Done! I love it.

I think they did okay. It looked like it was a pretty good job. I have no complaints. I didn't see the workers because I was at work. They did what they were supposed to do so there is nothing I disliked. They got me done after 5 or 6 days after I called them.

They came at the scheduled time and did just what they said they would do. I was very happy.

Frankly, it's too soon to tell. John has been here for an initial visit and has made one application. But I was impressed with his knowledge and he is working to expand his offerings. But it really takes a season to see just how good he will be.

John is fantastic. He did an analysis of the lawn and only provided the treatments that were needed. No add-ons or upsells. He is knowledgeable and straightforward. I was initially hesitant, because he is more expensive than the big lawn care companies, but he makes up for it in attentiveness to detail and dedication. I have already had 2 neighbors ask who does our lawn care, and I have given his name out. He has a discount for paying for the entire season. I am more than pleased with his service.
