He even matched the custom fencing that was there before and built the posts in deeper than they were before. He was polite and punctual with every encounter.

This is a second home for my family so I didn't have experience with contractors in this area and I was getting really frustrated with the few contractors I had used. I couldn't get a single contractor to commit to a timeline. With that said, I started asking around in my hometown 3 hours south of this home and someone gave me Cole Knechts phone number. This project became a positive experience after contacting Cole. He promised a deadline and even worked on inclement weather days due to the electrical contractor and the spa dealer(Royal Spa) not being able to deliver their product on time. The communication was flawless and he always kept me updated on progress as I couldn't be there to monitor. I had obtained 4 quotes for this project and he was in the middle. The high quote was $9000 the low quote was $5800. Cole brought it in at $7700 and even did a few extra things without charging me.
