+ -1 moreHe was here from 7 am - 4:30 pm working with a 105 heat index on a Saturday getting it done. He went above and beyond his call of duties. Very professional, polite, and always respected the house. If he walked through wet grass, he would even put on little booties on his shoes while entering the house.
Description of Work: They were out twice to fix the ac. First problem was the blower motor inside and then I had to call them back for the ac compressor outside. He had a part over-nighted as well.

+ -1 moreThat guy was From start to finish, did everything. I work in the industry as well and already had several technicians come out but to no avail. He was actually able to fix the problem. He is the one I will be calling back for work on my house. He had updated tools, Bluetooth devices, he just was phenomenal. You just don't find these guys in the industry anymore. To find him was just so refreshing. For the price, he was easily worth it.
Description of Work: I had a condensation leak inside. I came home from vacation with no ac. I had called one of my maintenance, another guy, hoping they would have it up for me by the time I got home no. Came out and he got straight to the problem.
