+ -1 moreDidn't respond when I reported door being left unlocked and heat was turned off. Was told my realtor checked her messages twice a day. When I emailed that I did not want to renew the contract, the key was left in the mailbox outside the day before the lease was up for any one to find. What they would have found inside was $10,000 worth of damage from a pipe bursting possibly from the heat being turned off. Not happy
Description of Work: Very nice when I signed up to have the house sold. It turned out that the agency was turned over to her children two years before.

+ -1 moreCathy Russell Team Real Estate are very friendly. I tried to contact them since moving into the house, just for some different needs that came up. They're amazingly responsive and get back to me with anything I need. They're very professional and honestly care. We didn't think we were going to be able to buy a house on time and would need to rent a place, so they helped us on that end. They helped push the sale through because we didn't really have enough time. They went above and beyond to get it all done in time. We were very impressed with their professionalism and their compassion and responsiveness. They really try to work with their customers. If we needed a realtor again, we would definitely use her. I appreciate that they want return customers and they want people to have good experiences.
Description of Work: We purchased a home from them. The seller paid all fees.

When I asked about her reputation from others she always got glowing recommendations. Cathy gave sound advice and directed the sale of the property wonderfully well. So when I decided to purchase a rental property I immediately contacted her again. She was quick to assess and advise on the property I ended up purchasing and made the process of closing on it a real breeze! All of her team members are super helpful as you work with them also. Great job, Cathy and team!
