They done a very good job and left no mess at all

We had Blue Fox out this month to look at our furnace that stopped working. The service technician was punctual, knowledgable, and fixed our problem the same day. I would recommend Blue Fox to anybody looking for high quality local service!

Our A/C was not working. Another company told us the compressor was bad and the whole unit would need to be replaced. The repairperson from Blue Fox indicated the compressor was fine, but that there was a refrigerant leak or low refrigerant, and recharged the unit (which worked for about one month -- it probably does have a refrigerant leak). Even though we will likely need to replace the unit, we appreciate that Blue Fox seemed to have diagnosed the issue correctly.

Honest and gets the job done right.

We were without air conditioning and our furnace would not work. The installers were here when they said the would be, and completed their work rapidly and effectively. We slept in cool air the very first night. The sales person followed up with a visit to make sure everything was satisfactory.

We originally had them come for our heating and air annual check up but they found a coiled that had a hole in it. So glad they found it before something worse happened. They called the warranty company and it still was under warranty so we had to wait for the part to come in but then they got right out there and fixed it. Thanks Cody!

He was kind to explain what’s the problem. Cleaned my ac unit and showed me more option I’m happy with Blue Fox to work with.

Friendly and prompt

Very professional and also very knowledgeable, so that you can understand what is going wrong. I asked several questions and he explained it to me so I could understand it. I would recommend this company to anyone that asked.

A technician came out the same day I made the appointment and was able to resolve our air conditioner problem with ease. He was very knowledgeable about our HVAC system and gave us important information about extending it’s life. We will be using Blue Fox for all heating and cooling needs in the future!

Blue Fox sales and service people were always on time for their appointments and service work. They were professional in their manner and very knowledgable of their product and installation. Prices and warranties were clearly outlined and they took care of filing the paperwork for rebates. They were also very helpful in setting up internet connections for montoring the thermostat. I would recommend them for any heating and air-conditioning work.
