Description of Work: They were fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. They not only came and diagnosed our failed refrigerator but also helped us find a new one at a reasonable price! Then, I had them come out and look at our dishwasher that had never drained right from the day we bought our house. The took the time to fix it even though the gentleman was very busy that day. My dishwasher has run like a dream ever since! W are extremely happy with the work and professionalism.

+ -1 moreThe service call was at an apartment (I'm the owner) so he contacted the tenant and arranged to come out. I understand that he was timely (per tenant) but he had to order the part so that slowed things up and delayed finishing the job. But the work was done well. The only glitch was that when I received the bill it was addressed to someone else and I called to let them know to be sure there was not a mix up in billing. The person I spoke with said he would have the office lady call me back to clarify but she never did. Since the amount on the bill was the same as the estimate I went ahead and paid it.
Description of Work: The washing machine was not cycling correctly and he replaced a part, not sure if it was a pump or motor.

Description of Work: I purchased a used washer and dryer which they delivered. They said it should last about 10 years. I hooked them up myself.

+ -1 moreThe young man was very thorough and took the dryer apart to verify the dryer was working .Thjis was the second time they had come to check out appliances and both times they were professional and after completing their work cleaned up afterthemselves and were very pleasant to deal with. I would trust them with my 80 yr old mother she was very comfortable with them in the house when I was at work.
Description of Work: Service call to check out our dryer. They came out the same day and could find nothing wrong but a discharge point where the dryer had spaked against the heater. He told us to put a ground on the dryer as it was building a charge from the lint in the dryer.
