Description of Work: They installed a new forced air furnace and air conditioner. Ductwork was installed as well since the old system was hot water. Air distribution is marginal especially for the lower level. When the airflow is closer to correct, the noise is very loud. Ceiling had several cracks caused from them walking on the joists in the attic - understandable but not addressed at all from their end. At the end had to fight not to pay extra costs they incurred trying to get the flow correct.

Description of Work: I have used Gibson for my HVAC service for about 4 years. Their technicians are professional and available for 24 emergency service. They offer a service plan with a small monthly fee which gives you a spring cleaning on the AC unit and fall cleaning on the heating unit as part of the fee. The plan also gets you a discount on parts & service if you need it. I have used hem for repair on an electric hot water tank too. I expected to have to replace the tank and was surprised when their technician said the heating coil could be repaired, saving me hundreds of dollars.

Description of Work: replaced water supply line,one toilet,and water softener.They were supposed to fix two running toilets but they still both run at this time.also fixed leaking kitchen drain that now appears to have a evenly level part of drain line that is supposed to be on a downward slant.Have not contacted Gibson about these problems yet.Also charged $59.00 for estimate even though they did the work!Very expensive,but,with warranty that I'm going to use.
