Last year this company installed a new pool package (about two months after it was scheduled to be installed) for us that developed liner issues and leaks three weeks after the install in which the company did the ground prep. When we asked them to come inspect the issue, they claimed they didn't have time and to just use the patch kit that came with the pool (it, along with several pool tools supposed to be included, were "forgotten" on the install day)) so we had to make a trip to their office to get it )for which they tried to charge us) and do the repair ourselves. Now the leak has started again, causing a washout under the pool, forcing us to drain it mid-pool season (=unhappy children) ...it will have to be reset and have a new liner installed (even though there should be a warranty on the original)...their response when contacted about the problem this time? "You can come by the store and get a patch kit." So much for service. We absolutely would not recommend this company...we were previous customers before we had this pool installed and thought we were getting a quality, professional pool even though we paid about double for what we could have gotten elsewhere. We have been sorely disappointed and disillusioned by their lack of service and lack of standing behind their equipment and customers. Obviously, once the sale is made they do not care if the customer is satisfied or not.We would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had an old 20 x 40 in ground pool that needed updated or replace. We contacted 3 different pool contractors and received estimates from all three. S&S pool was not the cheapest of the 3 but we decided to go with them. I should say that he was local and the other 2 was out of county. He provided additional information on pool upgrades such as fountains, led lighting and automatic swimming pool covers. He said the job would take 12 days to complete. He tore out our old pool and poured the new. When he was done it was 12 days from start to finish and the bill was exactly what was estimated. We love our new pool and I would HIGHLY recommend S&S Pool for any pool related jobs.

I will give him A ratings across the board for everything.
