+ 0 moreIt went exceptionally well. We called and had someone out to look things over in about half an hour, and then had everything fixed within two hours of the initial call for service. The crew was very professional and efficient, and their work was worth way more than the price. We were shocked when they were done (completely done) after only an hour of actual work. We will be calling them again when we replace other old pipes.
Description of Work: We ran into a problem replacing a whole-house water valve, and had to call in emergency backup when an underground pipe split as we were finishing things up. They brought in a small backhoe, dug up the old pipe, cut off the broken portion, and patched in a replacement pipe.
