Description of Work: When they finally decided to come out and look at the project, they started 5 minutes tops, said they would call that afternoon, haven't heard anything... That has been 3 weeks ago. When I called to set up the initial estimate, they answered casually and did not seem very professional to me.

+ -1 moreThey fixed the problem we were having at that moment and then gave us the advice we didn't want to hear which was we would be lucky if the central air unit made it the rest of the season and it would have to be replaced and some general prices
Description of Work: They came And provided a check up and minor maintence as well as advice on our aging equipment

+ -1 moreIt was a very pleasant experience. They were here and probably took about an hour to do it. We were quoted by another company that was going to cost $200 and take 4 hours to do it. They were here and got it done really cheap at $60 for us. They were very friendly in nature, and they cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: We had to have a valve replaced on our furnace, so we used Haag Heating and A/C.

Description of Work: We called Greg late one night. Our heat had gone out. He didn't answer and we left a message. He contacted us right back. We have a 2 year old so in the dead of winter, heat is necessary. He came over and fixed what was wrong and showed me how to remedy it next time. He even worked with us to pay the bill since we were between pay weeks.
