Description of Work: The safety valve burst out of our water heater. They came out promptly and removed the old gas water heater and replaced it with a new one. The cost was excellent and service pro's always prompt and courteous. In our 14 years at this address, Buchanan's has fixed our furnace, a/c, sump pump, etc. We have always been very pleased with their work and products.

 + -1 moreThey had to access through the opposite wall so it was more involved than sweating/soldering pipe at the shower. They installed a very clean access panel and fixed the faucet perfectly. Considering the cumbersome space in which to work and quality of craftsmanship, we were very pleased. We thought the price was fair given the labor and install of a new faucet and fixture. Buchanan has a rep for being overpriced, but this helped sway that anecdotal information.
Description of Work: Buchanan professionally replaced old construction core of our master bathroom shower.
