Consumer…beware of the undisclosed overage and profit charge for insurance work performed by this company! My original intent was to have our roof and gutters replaced as a result of some water issues in our home. Upon initial inspection of the roof by PRS, it was determined that we had hail and wind damage, and that we should continue by talking with our insurance company. After much back and forth between PRS and my insurance company, a claim was open, and the estimate from PRS was submitted to them, which did not include an estimate of the overage and profit charge. Then, our final bill came once the work was complete. A 20% overage and profit charge was included on this final bill. When I inquired about what this was and why it wasn’t disclosed before the work was done, I was told by PRS that it was a supplement that the insurance company will pay if you use three or more contractors for one job. How they arrived at three contractors, I do not know. And, why an estimate of this charge was not included in the estimate they gave to insurance before work was done, I was never able to get a good answer. But, in the end, my insurance company does not pay this fee, and I myself ended up having to pay this to them. This would be cause enough to not hire them again. But, it ended up that they subcontract their gutter work, which was not communicated to me beforehand, but only when I inquired about why our gutters were not done when the roof was finished. As far as the job done by the gutter company, to be nice, was done totally incorrectly, and required a second visit, incidentally by the same crew who did it the first time! Not sure why it took two visits to get it right! But, in the interim, I was asked by PRS how they could make it right, and so I told them, and they agreed to it. But, ultimately in the end, the agreement that I requested with them was not done because it was thought that PRS had a better idea to fix it. All of this has been documented through video clips, pictures, emails, and texts. I hesitated to write this review because I really hoped that PRS would make it right. But, they didn’t. So, I guess in the end, the overage and profit charge was never really just between them and the insurance company. It is really too bad…the did a really nice job on the replacement of the roof…maybe that it where they need to keep their focus.

Dave Miller was very attentive right from the start. From the first search for a roofer, he called within an hour and was at my address within a couple of hours, he kept us up dated and everything. He did excellent work and completed it within the time frame he quoted. Would highly recommend him and his crew to do the work needed,
